Chris outlined a competitive and clear quote which was well-suited to our business requirements. We took our time in researching and selecting the right provider for our new business phone system and ultimately selected InTouch for their clear and comprehensive pitch, value for money, and for generally being good to deal with. I'm pleased to say that this level of service continued and the support and communication we receive from them is outstanding. Inevitably, teething problems will arise when introducing a new system, but every enquiry has been responded to within the hour, if not immediately, and we have always been able to speak to someone on the phone right away. The InTouch team are endlessly helpful and entirely professional, and the 3CX system is working for us so far.
