Purchased blow up hot tub, panel went out and they quickly replaced. Now that we have a new panel, there was a hole in the tub and they quickly sent replacement. They were wonderful to work with and we love the tub.

Absolutely horrible! Do not buy from them. I spent over $600 on an inflatable spa/hot tub and as soon as the one year warranty expired, the tub was unusable. It had two small leaks that I tried repairing with the appropriate patch kit and it did not work. I asked for a new tub only all the other components were still usable. They said because I was one month outside of the warranty, there was nothing they could do. I properly deflated the tub, stored it in a dry, safe place.
That is a lot of money spent for only one season of use.
Again, DO NOT BUY from INTEX!!!

I had purchased an Intex filter last year, it had a two-year warranty on it and the filter quit working, I contacted Intex and they were very, very kind and immediately replaced the filler for me. They did not hesitate or question me they just replaced the filter. They were really great to work with.

The product itself is amazing I hardly have to do any maintenance on it for years I was stubborn and had a cartridge filter system that needed constant changing of the filter and maintenance. I was told to buy a sand filter system so I finally did an Intex 2500 let me tell you the best thing ever. My pool is crystal clear no worries anymore. when I had the motor stop on me I called and the issue was resolved promptly and a new one was on the way. Customer service was helpful professional took care of my issue. Thanks to Intex and staff im a very happy customer

I had a warranty issue with a mattress. The company rep was very pleasant to deal with and she resolved my issue in one call. The products are good, but sometimes they fail. Intex honored their warranty without any hassles.

Worst customer service ever. Spent $800 on a soft tub and the insulated cover ripped well within the 1 yr warranty. So hard to get in touch with company when I finally did they could see I reached out within the timeframe but wouldn’t honor the warranty. Their website email system is the worst you have to fill out a form every time you want to respond to something they said. Calling them the connection is so poor I couldn’t understand anything they said. Even if I wanted to buy a cover it’s been out of stock forever (it took several months of reaching out just to get that answer) so basically I have a soft tub that’s not even 2 years old that won’t retain heat. We had purchased 2 pop up pools in the past and the quality was great - now I would never purchase another product again.
The best part is they are going to issue a total BS response and I am still stuck with an $800 soft tub that doesn’t hold heat. IF they actually reach out and make it right I will update this review but as of now I highly recommend avoiding this company.

Pool was easy to set up, great quality. had this same pool in 1987. I was impressed all those years ago and was pleased when I received this one that the quality had not changed.

I love my Intex jet and bubble. I hate to write this review. My heating element went out and I had to order a new unit. I paid over $700 for just the unit and when it finally came in the unit was defective. It wouldn’t come on. I called and easily replaced it get another unit but Intex wouldn’t take the defective units. So now I’m sitting here with 2 units that do not work. These things are heavy now I have to pay someone to remove and get rid of them. That’s not horrible customer service. So that why I gave it a 2.

I have an Intex SX2100 pump and sandfilter. The control panel buttons will not turn the pump on, I cant set the timer. It is dead. The control panel has a 4 prong plug that plugs into the pump wiring. Only two screws hold it in place on the cover. This is what the problem is. I contacted Intex about purchasing a replacement control panel. They said you have to buy the whole pump. For what is probably less than a $10 part they want me to spend $200 or more for a new pump. They would not work with me at all. Told me to basically have a nice day. I am done with Intex!

The pump that came with the above ground pool failed after about six months of use. After a two hour phone call of going through basic troubleshooting of the pump, they agreed to honor their warranty by sending a refurbished pump. Unfortunately, this refurbished pump also failed after about three months. Their company policy regarding refurbished items is that no warranty applies to any of their refurbished parts. Anyways, based on my experience, I am never buying an Intex product again since now I am stuck with an above ground pool, two broken pumps, and a torn pool cover to complete the package.

After six months, the pump on the twin mattress went out. Intex sent me a secondary pump to install myself. That pump did not work. I asked if they could send me a refund, but since it was purchased through Amazon, they could not. They offered no other remedy, but when I asked if I could get a new mattress replacement, they agreed.
They sent me another brand new mattress within a reasonable amount of time. I’ve been very satisfied.

I had a warranty claim that was handled differently than expected. First claim went well but was canceled within a few weeks, the reason given was that the product was on backorder or not available. I reached out to Intex and redid the warranty claim, and then received an email that the product was no longer available and Intex had chosen a replacement for me. When I contacted them once again I was told that they were shipping me the original product that I had purchased and requested as a replacement.
I received the correct product, but had a few hiccups along the way.

I was very dissatisfied with the service I received I purchased it now mattress back in August of 2025 I had it for about a month when the middle of it bulged up in a bubble and the air would not stay I called the company I reported it I did everything that I was supposed to do to prove that I purchased it and that it was still under warranty through the company I was told that it would be replaced but I never received the replacement
