I paid for InstantDM and the service failed to work on countless occasions, costing me time and clients. I documented every single failure and contacted support multiple times.
When I requested a refund, their response was literally one line: "The refund is not possible as per our policy."
No investigation. No apology. No accountability. Just a copy-paste policy link.
A service that doesn't do what you paid for is not protected by a refund policy — that's called misrepresentation. I've already initiated a chargeback and filed a consumer protection complaint.
Save yourself the headache and stay away.

Just verified the usage. You have sent over 570+ auto DMs successfully over the last 30 days, and we can see only 20 - 30 automations where they failed, and we raised the issue already with Meta; we already informed you.

After reviewing the account and support history, the issue reported was related to a specific Instagram/Meta messaging action that experienced intermittent failures on Meta's side. We also informed you we raised this issue to Meta and waiting for their reply.
This was not a complete service outage, and other platform features and automations continued to function during the subscription period.
We provide both a forever-free plan and a 7-day free trial so customers can fully evaluate the platform before purchasing. Our records show the platform was actively used and our support team responded to the reported issues and investigated the behavior.
While we understand the frustration caused by third-party platform issues, the subscription did not qualify for a refund under our published refund policy.
We remain committed to helping customers resolve platform-related issues and are always available to review specific examples through our support channels.

Good experience overall. I had an issue where I thought DMs weren't being sent to new commenters, but support helped me realize the messages were actually being delivered — they were just landing in Instagram's General inbox. Quick and patient support, and the automation itself runs reliably.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. They were very rude and cut my free trial early. Product doesn't work well and has severe faults. They are charging you so much money for a program that doesn't work. All the reviews they get are from people they pay, a worker told me this.
