Wow! Completely blown away by the service. Wanted to replace our 10year old kitchen taps with something similar, Andrew went above and beyond - contacting the manufacturer to ensure my specification was met in the new product. He was well informed. 10/10 for Customer service, delivery times, availability and competitive pricing. Almost too good to be true and will most certainly be a returning customer.

Andrew went above and beyond to get a sink delivered quickly only for me to discover I'd ordered the wrong size. He quickly sourced another which is due for delivery tomorrow. Excellent, speedy and responsive. Thanks Andrew.

Their website simply would let me no matter how many times I corrected the password. Finally gave up and went elsewhere. Avoid

I recently purchased a WC base unit from Inspired Homestore which arrived promptly but was damaged due to poor packaging by the manufacturer. Andrew at Inspired Homestore drove all the way from Gloucester to Bicester with a new unit which enabled my downstairs WC renovation to proceed without delay. I was surprised and grateful that Andrew went through all this trouble. An unexpectedly high Level of customer service.

Excellent experience. Needed a tap asap. Rang to place my order and explained that it was urgent. Andrew sent it immediately and it arrived in two days.

Bought a few really good radiators a couple of years ago. It was great service and were good quality radiators.

Had to buy an additional one to replace the final old cheap one in our house. Put in my order of £300 with them as they were running a orders over £150 free delivery promotion. Checked the terms and conditions of promotion, nothing mentioned about the Ultraheat radiator being excluded from the promotion.

Received an email back saying the radiator wasn't included in the free delivery promotion and I had to pay £18 delivery. Sent several emails with photos, showing their T&C's of the promotion which showed that this brand was not included as an exception on this promotion. After a bit of back and forth, they refunded my order and I ordered the same radiator from elsewhere for £302 including delivery. Saving £16 overall.

3 stars as they were polite throughout the conversation and good service before. But for some reason they couldn't abide by their own T&C's on their promotion.

I was very impressed with Inspired Home Store - I needed a cistern to replace a cracked one that was 25 years old and where tha pan was cemented in place preventing me from easily removing it. They stocked just what I needed and delivered it within a day and a half of placing the order. It was well wrapped to help prevent breakages and fitted perfectly.
