Atrocious Service - I have been without internet for 2 days

I have been without internet for 2 days now. Today they sent technicians on site and they still could not diagnose the issue. The technicians were here from 9am to 2pm and they need to come back to try one last option. When I call they can’t even advise when they can send out technicians again. In addition to all of this there’s a possibility that they will charge the call out fee to me. There was a long period of time where the technicians were also annoyed with me waiting for the engineers at the office to let them know what to do next. Currently I’m losing money from 2 days worth of work not being done. They will still charge me for the full month including the downtime and they’ll most likely charge me for the idle time the technicians sat here waiting for a solution. The cherry on top, I am forced to use them because of some exclusivity deal the developer entered into with them so clearly they couldn’t care less because it’s not like I can use another ISP 🙄 Super annoyed!

No clue what customer service means!!!

I’m sure they got their support staff from a lucky packet. I’M PAYING FOR A SERVICE BUT DON’T GET PROPER SUPPORT FOR THIS “SERVICE “!!!! For two weeks I’ve been trying to get my email sorted out, with no luck at all!!! “Support” clowns change settings that don’t work and EVERY month we have to change passwords and the incompetence starts again!!! Why are they in business if they can’t offer support for the product you’re PAYING for???!!! Then the co-owner wayne redelinhuys has the audacity to refuse you support because of his staff’s incompetence and inability to fix a two week long problem. They have to change passwords once a month to get your mail working and it happens again in a month’s time. STAY AWAY!!!

The worst network provider

The worst network provider. Every month the internet is down and they have to speak to a provider to fix it. I’ve with them for less than 5 months and the internet is not consistent.

INNOVATIVE NETWORKS

I don’t usually write reviews and complain about bad service but today I must.

We have been having an ongoing problem with our wifi fibre box provided through Innovative Networks for years now.

When the wifi service is unavailable in the area and then eventually restored, our wifi fibre box reflects a red flashing error light. Yesterday, the wifi crashed and we are informed this morning the wifi was restored last night at 18:00. When calling the “support team”, I am advised, by one Mr Khanisani, that no technicians are available for assistance today and that the matter will be attended to tomorrow.

This will now be the 4th time that our fibre box must be replaced. Again, having to take time off work as Innovative Networks do not accommodate their customers on a Sunday.

Does anyone know of a different fibre service provider available in the Newmarket Park, Alberton area?

22 hours of being screwed

22 hours.
22 hours offline
22 hours without anyone answering calls.
22 hours without getting any real responses as to what the issue is.
22 hours without an ETA on when we will be back online.
22 hours of messages saying "We have technicians on site working on the link. Our phones are down as well."
22 hours of proving you don't care about your customers.

STAY AWAY PLEASE

Please whatever you do. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. There is no communication what so ever. They leave you without internet for more than 22hours. No communication. They promise the moon and stars... And then you pay... Now you on your own. STAY AWAY ITS A SCAM!!!
