First time trying online. To be honest, I thought I wouldn’t have any luck. I researched some YouTube bloggers and they said great things about Indian Wedding Saree. I picked out a medium priced lengha, and I must say I was really really impressed! From the detail to their alterations to the constant updating me about my order. They even reached out to me to make sure one of my measurement was correct. I loved that they shipped through FEDEx, I was able to keep track of my order. I also ordered way in advance and it got here in a timely manner. When I got my lengha, it was better than what the picture shows. Even my family was impressed! The detailing was very beautifully done. The alterations were really well done. Yes, there are small parts where the work is coming undone but I have encountered that with all my Indian dresses. However, for someone who doesn’t have great Indian shops here, I’m happy I have a better option.

They are dupes. Do not shop. They will intentionally delay deliveries and wont reply to your queries on whatsapp n chat also. Try other sites that are legit. Dont waste time n money here!

This company wrote me after I gave up a bad review, and asked me to delet my posting. The offer they can do for all the troubles give me 15 Prozent for next order. No other deals nothing!!!!!! I just wish nobody will order from them! It was really worst experience again! If u want your clothes on time, be sure , this company will not even they promise!

Very very disappointed with Indian wedding saree service. My order got delayed 4 times. Still waiting for my package to arrive and not sure if the date provided this time is accurate. Not professional atall!! Very very unpleasant experience.
This will be my 1st and last purchase for sure!

Ordered two sarees which were on sale. The quality is great they responded promptly. Disappointed to pay such heavy taxes to pick up my parcel. I will never shop again with them. It became an expensive deal . Very sad.

I have got the items the way showed in the picture even better quality. I am 100% satisfied.

Item never showed up after 2 months. They also would not refund. Waste of time and money, Stay away! Customer service is so bad. Bunch of liars!

I love shopping with IWS. The clothes are beautiful, super comfortable. (I usually buy the crepe silk fabric), and quite flattering. I've gotten quite a few compliments on my outfits. They will definitely receive more orders from me. Great job, IWS Team.

Please don't use this website to buy Indian sarees or any other stuff. You will feel cheated as they are good in fooling people. This website should be reported and action should be taken against them. Stay away. They have fake reviews on their website.

I had a very disappointing experience. 2 stars only for speedy delivery. The designs look really nice on the display but when I received them they were not the same. First of all these are all stitched products. So when they stitch with only the standard measurements it is not accurate according to individual body type and turns out to be a very ugly fitting. I tried to clarify this before dispatching my order but I don't think they were ready to pay attention. So now something I wanted to wear for Diwali, looks like a jute sack. And secondly they promised me it will be 100% cotton, but it most definitely is not. Never buying from these guys again. Indian handicrafts and traditional attire is a pride for Indians all over the world. You have the responsibility to keep it that way. Please remember that. very disappointed.

Indian Wedding Saree is an excellent online business. Their work is very professional, absolutely gorgeous, trustworthy, reasonably priced. I highly recommend this business as the best online store for Indian Clothes.

Really happy with the overall product which has now been received. Very good quality and well stitched. Knocked off one star for the delay in receiving it as initial date for del was a week earlier than I received it. For someone who has bigger events (i.e. weddings), the delivery may be a bigger issue. However, despite this... WILL use again (and order extra ahead of time)!

hey guys i just want to tell you guys that please don't waste your money i ordered bridal lehnga month ago theytold me that they will send my order before the delivery date after that i tried to contact this site but they didn't reply as the wedding is already done now what i can do with that lehnga they never think about there customers i told them to refund they didn't reply don't know what they are doing . please think before ordering from this site

I wish I could give my rating in (-), unfortunately 1 being the lowest and I should have gone through the reviews before using this website. I ordered couple of things from this website and they took forever to deliver or provide any updates every time it was me who had to check with the customer support team regarding my orders and the response was we are sorry we will update the tracking number and even when checked after 2 days the status is the same. I made a big mistake by shopping with these guys, even if I had shopped at a local store it would have been easy and would have also got a good customer service whereas the products are the same.

Pls pls don’t shop with them, worst customer support even products available are not that great

I had a very bad experience with these guys. Please go through reviews before taking a decision.
If you want a peaceful life, never try this site. They never ship/deliver items on time. After placing the order you will start receiving automated emails saying "Your shipment is delayed by 10 days". I have received at least 8 such email. Missing 1-2 or maximum 3 promised delivery dates is understandable. They have shipped one of the items I have ordered after 1 month (that too after daily followup with customer service for a week or two) and the second item is not yet delivered even after 45 days. Customer service always give false promises, they never keep their word. This will definitely spoil your peace of mind and health.
I suspect if its a new scam, taking money from people and indefinitely postponing the shipment.

Ordered from them after confirming with their sales team a delivery date. I was told it would be 9/9. I needed by 9/19. They emailed 9/4 stating it would now be 9/13. I reminded them of when I need the items. They emailed 9/9 saying it would be 9/17. Once again I reminded them of my deadline. They emailed on 9/14 saying a new tentative date would be 9/20. I finally got a refund for the whole order. Do not use them if you actually need the item by any sort of deadline. I am now in a bind. Wish I had read reviews before using them. What a disaster.

They actually emailed me and asked me to give them a good review or remove my review along with the same canned response they give go everyone. I am 3 days away from my event with nothing to wear. They screwed me. It's a prestitched saree. Not something I can go grab at a store. Unbelievable that they had the audacity to ask for a good review! Insane. Be warned.
