I really appreciate the work they are doing. Initially I was little confused about ordering online but they really work hard from taking the order to final delivery. They kept updating about the progress on whatsapp and even their support executive called few days after delivery and took my feedback about the quality of sherwani I ordered. I really want to recommend indiaemporium team for good quality and their flexibility towards custom outfits.

I purchased a lehnga from India Emporium and am a very satisfied customer. The staff and their services are as good as their product was. Net result is I have a stunning lehnga and some new contacts who are wonderful people. Right from the start when my first contact was Priya who extended a discount even though the sale period was officially over, to Rashu who she handed over to, I have been looked after like they would look after their own family. As I am based overseas, this made a big difference. When the item arrived I was mind blown by the amazing work the lehnha had. It looked great on me, much nicer than I thought. I just had small issue with the blouse as I had an event approaching when I wanted to wear this outfit, and made them aware of it; they sent me yet another blouse and asked me to retain both, that was such a bonus! This kind of a service is unheard of. I often shop online and have met some good service providers, but these guys stole the show. I got so many compliments when I wore the legnha, calling it beautiful would be an understatement! I highly recommend India Emporium for their products and services!

I got a custom outfit made by the IndiaEmporium team. The designer I worked with was extremely professional yet caring. He paid great attention to my needs and kept me updated via whatsapp along the way. The materials used in my dress and the craftsmanship were high quality and I highly recommend this service to anybody looking for a reliable and a professional custom dress making service. I will probably get more stuff made here.

If you are hesitating to order from them, don't! I got a custom bridal lehenga made and I am so happy with the work, the responsiveness of Rashu, and the price was good too. I will definitely consider them for future events.

Firstly India Emporium had a great selection on clothes. After looking through so many catalogs, it was the only site that had the lehenga of my taste for my wedding. Secondly, the customer support person, Priya, was helpful in ordering the lehenga and answering ALL my questions professionally. Lastly, the designer, Rashu, and team did an incredible job on the lehenga and made my dream outfit come to life. She had kept communication open with me throughout the process and sent me photos as I requested them. She took my suggestions into consideration and provided her professional advice on the outfit as needed. I felt comfortable with the entire process and would order again in the future!

Rashu and team were very helpful and thorough throughout the process. She was constantly in touch with me through Whatsapp. The end result was great, I loved my outfit. The work was very neat. She sent me updates and pictures throughout and was ready to make changes even before shipping. The shipping was also very quick. I recommend the site and designer Rashu, The only flaw for me was the amount of time it took, but in the end it was worth it.

The dress and the accessories were beautiful. The day of my wedding I felt like a queen. Everyone loves my outfit and the jewels set. I have a friend who is going to wear my outfit and jewelry for her wedding, because she loves it. I ordered this lehenga online from indiaemporium less than three weeks prior to the wedding. Priya assured me it would be ready by then. It arrived on time as promised and it is the prettiest lehenga ever. I loved it. Neatly done and exactly like the picture. Everyone complemented and it fit perfectly. I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the custom made lehenga (order no. 100022548). The work on it turned out to be much better than what we envisaged. And the colour and quality of the fabric is exquisite too. I also want to take this opportunity to thank Priya who helped me choose this lehenga and helped me taking measurements by sending me videos to show how to take measurements.

If I have a chance to give 0 rating I would love to give that.So far I have done so many online shoppings but no where and no time I faced problems.You people IndianEmporium are really disgusting and So very annoying.Can anyone imagine I placed order in 2014 and I waited for such long time I didn't get my product.so, cancelled my order and asked for refund.Yiu know what the answer they came up with they can't refund back the amount which transaction is done just because the order is under my name but paid money through my husbands account.Just because of them I have opened an account in 2015.Still they says refunding under process.What does it really mean ?Do you think we are mad enough to believe whatever you say.i am expecting my money back and hope you don't do this to anyone
