Inclusive Digital provided us with various AV equipment for an event we were hosting. Ben went above and beyond to help us decide what would be best for our event and answered all our questions. We have used Inclusive Digital for years to film our events and load the resulting content into our Vimeo for use in our eLearning platform. The service they provide is excellent, and the video output is always of a high quality. The team at Inclusive are very responsive and can't do enough to help out, and are very good in a crisis. We recently used them to live stream a big conference and this was successful, the onsite support was fantastic, the streams were great, and the preparation of the platform prior to the event was seamless.

This is the second time our organisation has used Inclusive Digital for our conference. The company are extremely supportive, continually providing advice leading up to the event to ensure all goes smoothly. Ben and his team livestreamed and also recorded our 3 day hybrid event which is also to be made available on demand. The team are not only extremely professional and able to deliver to the highest standard, but they do this in a calm manner with a huge amount of patience.
This is the second time we have used Inclusive Digital within the last year. Our first experience with them was for a smaller event, and based on this experience we knew we could trust them with our flagship event which is delivered to over 2000 attendees.
There were a couple of last-minute ad-hoc requests from speakers and the team were happy to accommodate these.

I can't speak highly enough of Ben and the team, who we used to livestream our hybrid conference. They are such pros and really friendly and calm in the process. We particularly liked how they were really patient with our tech queries and anxieties in the lead up – and didn't make us feel at all silly for not speaking the ‘tech speak’! Ben also turned around all of the recorded content for on demand access super quickly. Highly recommend!

The Inclusive team onsite were unbelievable. This was our first year back after 2 years remote and with the insane number of suppliers we brought with us we knew we needed a team we could trust. We were not let down! Ben and team were professional personified and delivered way more than we could have hoped. Not only did they help stream sessions that were previously agreed but they helped film some ad-hoc creative elements that added so much to our delegate experience. If we asked for anything last minute it wasnt too much and they always had such a positive mindset to any issue that came their way. The two-day conference on which we worked with Inclusive Digital was the first hybrid event our charity had held. From start to finish, Benjamin and the Inclusive Digital team made the experience clear and straightforward. All questions and concerns in the lead-up were responded to swiftly and effectively. During the days of the event, Inclusive Digital had full command of the live streaming, leaving us entirely free to focus on all other aspects of the event, which involved 20 speakers both in-person and virtual from all over the world, as well as an online audience of over 300 from over 30 countries. It could not have been a better first experience of a hybrid event, and we will most certainly work with Inclusive Digital again.

Working with Ben, Martin and the team has been a pleasure. Using Inclusive Digital for our digital event projects has increased our production value.
