If you value your seller account health, stay far away from this company. I gave them 3 chances, and they failed every single time.

Zero Reliability: I have to beg for tracking numbers for days. They always say 'we are handling it' or 'checking now,' but then there is silence. I have to chase them constantly just to get a simple update.

System Failures: Their panel is constantly down or 'migrating.' I was left blind, unable to see my orders or inventory for days.

Damaged My Business: Because they couldn't provide tracking info on time, my store got hit with 'Late Shipment' penalties. They don't seem to care that their incompetence directly hurts your business metrics.

Do not trust them with your fulfillment. It is not worth the stress.

They work incredibly slow and badly.
I bought products 1 month ago but they still haven't reached my warehouse. Their preparation process is incredibly slow and the products are probably stuck in customs and no one has heard from anyone. The worst experience I've ever had, I definitely don't recommend it.

Absolutely terrible company. I don't recommend them, they made me close my Amazon store. The products they send have no right to sell. A document was sent to Amazon but not accepted. Definitely don't work with them. They closed my Amazon America regionThey say there will be no problems in the beginning and that they are completely reliable. But these are lies.
