I was involved in a car accident and returned my package a few days late. I explained the situation, but they refused to accept it and issue a refund despite the exceptional circumstances. They said they would resend the package, and I've been waiting for OVER TWO MONTHS !! This is blatant dishonesty and shows a complete lack of customer service. Absolutely avoid.
