Just order from IKEA
I got what I was looking for. However I paid €14 for eight bolts which i realised i could have gotten for free from ikea.
I ordered from ikea the following day and received packages from both one day after another in the exact same packaging. So I think what ikparts actually did was order off the ikea website (which is not a difficult process) and used my address.

No imprint and mor illegal conditions for a business in the EU (we don't give refunds...erm...you are legally obliged too?). Very sketchy business. Keep away!!!!

It is a half-scam
It is a half-scam.
I ordered something. It arrived but actually we didnt need it anymore and wanted to send it back but a refund was not possible.
They make no invoices under the excuse that "it is just for privates, not for commercial users" and don't accept returns unless the delivery was incorrect or damaged. In Germany it is mandatory to accept returns for no reason, changed opinion, or mistake purchase but they operate from the Netherless so they couldnt care less.

Ordered and paid item arrived after 11 days.
I ordered an ikea part from ikparts.com. I received a confirmation of the order. 11 days later, the item did not arrive. I emailed ikparts 2 times. No response.
And what a surprise. The parts arrived this evening. Upgrades from 1 to 2 stars.
