Payment terms are transparent, communication with team supervisors is straightforward, and overall professionalism ensures consistent results and reliable growth.
A friend recommended IdeasUnlimited and vouched for its reliability and diverse workforce. Something I did not anticipate was how much I would learn from people coming from different backgrounds as they helped find the best resources for my sales team. from different regions. This diversity keeps things interesting, but more importantly brings a unique personality and approach to work which has helped me reach my targets.
I started my side business while finishing my studies. With time, as my business grew I consistently faced challenges to meet my targets. This is where I got to know about IdeasUnlimited and what I appreciate the most about IdeasUnlimited is the multicultural environment. They helped me find multilingual support agents, yet collaboration has been seamless. Weekly calls, shared resources, and transparent project updates keep everyone aligned.
I started their service for a three month contract and ended up staying for last 5 years. Everytime one project ended, another opportunity appeared.
The management keeps you in the loop about changes so you are not left guessing. It is the most transparent remote company I have ever experienced.
After I posted my initial review, the company reached out to me and asked me to delete it. Furthermore, it was clearly stated — both by me and by them — that my personal data should be deleted. This was also explicitly confirmed to me during the phone call.
The fact that I was contacted after leaving a ciritical review, combined with the apparent use of data that should have been deleted, is completely unacceptable and only reinforces my negative impression of this company.

My experience with this company was disappointing from start to finish. I'm giving one star due to outdated internal documentation and a general lack of compliance with key EU regulations — a serious issue for any company operating in international markets.
The HR department was particularly unprofessional: even the simplest documents were either missing, outdated, or had to be resent multiple times. This lack of basic administrative organization made onboarding and communication unnecessarily frustrating.
Overall, the internal chaos and disregard for compliance standards make this a company I cannot recommend.
