The product I purchased has been extremely helpful for me with an issue I have struggled with for many years. It has caused me great difficulty socially. I'm amazed that a short track I have listened to maybe 15 times now has been so effective. I love the voice (Roger?) and find it very calming. I would recommend this company's products and will definitely be purchasing other tracks too.

I have downloaded several of the hypnotic sessions, and without going into specific details about which ones I purchased, I will say that they are mostly for self help/confidence building. I can't tell you that every one that I listened to has worked, no one can definitively say that. What I can say is that I have noticed a bit more of a pep in my step, more confidence in talking to strangers, and I feel like I have started projecting a stronger appearance and persona. I honestly believe that these can be attributed to the files that I have listened to from Hypnosis Downloads, and I will not hesitate to download more if I find an area that I want to seek improvement in. I believe that you cannot, and will not, find a better value for the personal improvements you will gain!

I downloaded the dementia session and also the anxiety session because my husband, who has Alzheimer's, is having a lot of frustration and is verbalizing it and the medications he was trying were having no effect. We live in the US and they have nothing like this here. The sessions have had some effect on his verbal outbursts, which is good. I wondered though if you might make some shorter sessions because his attention span is getting shorter and shorter and its hard for him to keep concentrating for a half hour. Thank you for all you do!

I started with 1 download a month ago (back to sleep), it was so good i ordered 5 more downloads.
Also, when i made a mistake on my order, the cs team replied & fixed it within 1 day.
So far 1.5 months in, i highly recommend this company.

I had to take a self defense course for my new job and was suffering badly with anxiety before the assessment which led to a referral. I listened to the 'Overcoming Fear and Anxiety' and ,belive in yourself' hypnotherapy sessions at night for a fortnight before going to sleep and managed to pass the course second time round with much less anxiety- i truly believe that it helped me to overcome my issues and get me through!!

I find Roger's voice very reassuring and the content of what is being said purposeful and just what is needed to reprogram the brain.
I've downloaded a couple of subjects as and when I've needed them.
I would definitely recommend adding Hypnosis Downloads to your toolbox when life gets tough.

I decided to take a chance on downloading a hypnosis session, not really expecting much to be honest. I was really surprised that it made a huge difference. I have since bought another & will keep to this company. I like how you can pick & choose your downloads & not sign up to a monthly subscription. I’m really happy that I found them.

I originally purchased the hot flushes and positive menopause bundle which has definitely helped and my overall wellbeing in that regard. I was falling asleep if listening in bed but waking up when the voice changes to bring you out of the download. This got me to thinking this would help me sleep which is also a pain. I purchased the deep sleep download which is longer and also trails off not waking you up. Its very relaxing. Ive got flat speakers in a headband and you can go to sleep comfortably not disturbing anyone else. I highly recommend and it is comforting to see such as big library of subjects should anything else crop up.

It was recommended to me by members of my therapy group. I purchased several downloads and have found them very practical and helpful in becoming more grounded and centered. The alluring Scottish & British accents of the voice actors are the frosting on the cake. Would highly recommend.

Easy download over iOS browser and payment was simple through Apple Pay. Sound quality is great, no complaints. This is my first experience with hypnosis and I have found it very helpful. Thank you!

Fitted my needs perfectly

At first I assumed it was so low cost it would be ineffective however, it worked and I could not be happier with my experience.

The sessions are reasonably priced. I've used the sleeping one and it's been quite helpful. The app works. I like the narrator's. It is relaxing.

Total Scam. While they do deliver the product that you might order, they continually charge you for products that you didnt order. Not happy. Dont sign up. Check You-tube for free options.

I recently purchased a hypnotherapy script for use with a client who lives with extreme OCD surrounding obsessive washing. I have been working with her for a several months and needed help to get over the final hurdle so to speak. I recorded myself using the script and gave this to my client who has listened to it daily. She is finding the OCD is becoming weaker and can measure real progress in her life.

Finding and purchasing the script was very easy and I was very very happy with the content and the result in my client's life. I will definitely get others if needs be in the future.

Very reasonably priced way to investigate the possibilities of hypnosis for a wide range of reasons. I feel very relaxed after each session and feel I am making positive changes in my life. Highly recommend.

I really appreciate the content they provide. I have downloaded 3 of their "journeys", one of them being for myself, the other two were when I was in a pinch and/or experiencing creative blockage in devising a "script "for my client's presenting issue(s). I found the one I did for myself to be very well-done. The other two were also of GREAT quality, but I honestly ended up "tweaking" them a bit in oreder to match my particular style, as well as for the clients', but overall, I find Hypnosis Downloads to be a top-tier resource for those seeking guidance with hypnosis.

I was introduced to Surviving Infidelity. This has been a life saver for me. I ritually listen to this at least 2x times daily or more. I have also invested in several others. Highly recommend these really do work and great tool for self care

Life changing. I've attended private hypnotherapy sessions, but they didn't work because the hypnotherapist didn't understand my problems, and couldn't phrase things in a way that helped me.

I use a snoozeband to listen to these recordings as I sleep. The team really understand dependencies and addictions, they've changed my life and helped me have a better relationship with things that were taking over my life.

I also hydrate better now as a result of their hydration recording.
