We lost a little rubber part when washing the parts and hydratem8 sent me a replacement part and paid for the delivery which was really kind and therefore I didn’t have to throw my bottle away. Thank you

Bottles are great for maybe 9/10 months then start to leak. Plus not dishwasher safe which is a pain and I didn’t realise so expensive mistake on my first one! I’ve since been purchasing another brand that’s half the price and perfect in comparison

My husband and I bought two water bottles which we love using as it is great at getting extra fluids in. However, my bottle keeps loosing the air vent stopper! The firm have kindly sent me a couple of delivery replacements but it doesn’t solve the problem because they keep falling out and the bottle can leak so to be honest, not fit for purpose and very disappointed with my bottle!

So the bottles are good quality. Particularly the original water bottles that they sold when they started. They last for years and we have about six in our house being used and remaining in good condition (just don’t put them in the dishwasher as per their instruction!)
However…..their promotions are a bit iffy to be honest and there’s never any stock to fulfil them. They have also reduced the stock of their really good original water bottles with cute quotes in a variety of colours in favour of fancy ones with no straw that in our opinion aren’t so good or nice to use. They also discontinued their 600ml water bottles which was a real shame as they were perfect for kids. Thankfully I still have two that are lasting.
The couple of times I’ve had to deal with “customer service” have not been pleasant and they have a really poor attitude. Hopefully it was just an “off” day.
As a company it feels like they are constantly striving for a better product but actually missing the mark by completely dumping the larger range of original products that made them successful in the first place. Bring back the 600ml bottles and more of the inspirational quotes - people comment on my bottles all the time yet I have to tell them they’re discontinued!

Love these bottles. They are sturdy, long lasting and customer service is spot on. Any issues iv had they have been rectified very quickly. Yes some might say the bottles are expensive and you can get cheaper elsewhere yes that true but they are cheaper for a reason and they don't stand the test of time like a hydratem8 does. Even my partner lives them

Ordered my bottles for my birthday in April, they arrived very quickly & I’m so impressed with them. As someone who normally struggles drinking water these have been a godsend & I'm definitely getting my water intake now!

Great bottles, don’t leak like others do. This is the 2nd bottle Ive had. This one had a cracked straw after a few weeks use. I messaged the company on Facebook and got a very quick response and 2 new straws promptly posted out to me. Highly recommend and great customer service.

Ordered from Hydratem8 about 3 years ago, love my bottle but it has taken a bit of a battering whilst I was travelling earlier in the year. Ordered in their birthday sale a few weeks ago, only just doing the review now (sorry). Despite the website crashing, I persevered and managed to order. I ordered a baby pink names bottle but received baby blue. I sent in a photo and they sent me out a new baby pink immediately. Brilliant service, thank you very much to Lauren in After Sales who sorted this out for me. Lovely bottles, good quality, excellent aftercare 😊😊
