Good welcome to store, excellent help by Graham, He made everything clear and we were able to understand the product.

I only had one foot in the door and was met by a lovely lady, Michele.
After that she and Graham did absolutely everything to help and explain what in all honesty I only popped in to have a quick look at.
A few days later I went back with the wife and ordered a chair.
Looking forward to receiving my chair from them.

Chair is excellent and delivered on day promised.

I bought an electric bed on monday this week at letchworth showroom attended to by graham i was extremely satisfied with the service provided by him a gentleman i am a previous customer althougjh not for some years very pleasant experience i may pop in again if passing for cup tea and chat! Friendly from when we first arrived, warm greeting, lovely showroom. Donella and the team were very helpful and went through the whole process explaining everything to mum so she was happy with her choice. We were made very welcome and my wife who is disabled was assisted into the shop by means of ramps for her walker. The shop assistant Graham was extremeley helpful and made sure that all the options were explained in detail without any hard sell and biscuits it was an excellent shopping experience. Together with the offer of tea and biscuits it was made an excellent shopping experience.

Excellent Service, all the staff were so lovely Dianne helped us pick out the right chair. There was no pressure just support. I would recommend them to anyone.

The whole experience was wonderful. Diane welcomed us at the door, brought us drinks and biscuits and explained what a good chair should feel like. She spoke through all the options and was calm and patient throughout. Diane was very knowledgable and guided us to make the best choice. It was a really lovely experience and my mum is really happy with her new chair.

It is worth coming to the shop as you can sit on the chair and choose the most comfortable one. Tea and biscuits much appreciated, we came from quite a far. Very pleasant ladies informed us well. We have both sat in the armchair and it was very comfortable for both of us, so we have chosen the size, also legs and colour of leather. We look forward to a great chair and matching foot stool within weeks. Thank you!

When I arrived at the Letchworth store I was greeted by Diane I was given information on HSL I then proceeded to tell her that I was looking for a new chair She tried several ones which was no trouble. we then decided on the right one with her expertise I was offered tea and biscuits and a nice sit in the chair I was so happy in my chair i bought a sofa as well thank you HSL for your helpful and caring staff

My parents recently bought 2 arm chairs and a 3 seater sofa. Daniella was patient, kind and had a really understanding of their needs. Great service tailored to the needs of the elderly. Nothing was too much trouble and a great variety of options. Thank you for your kindness.
