The process is real fast and systematic. Nathania and Adena really helped me a lot they're very effective and efficient, they respond to my messages quickly. I will definitely recommend both of them.

I got a really great impression for HRC because they really welcomed me and encouraged me to not give up when i got rejected of my offer letter a couple times, especially Adena and Nathania who always keeping me in touch with my documents. I was really content and happy to be with and directed by the consular, who assisted me with all of my needs throughout the preparation process and up to the point of departure for my new voyage. I remember her scolding me during the pre-interview coaching call, but that was what made an effect, and when my results were accepted at my first hotel, she was the first one who was pleased with me as well.
