Don't know what was happening in the past but now in 2018 guys had to upped their game. Had all issues fixed within 1-2 hours with no delays. I can't fault them. Top notch service.

If you want a Totally and Utterly Useless domain name, then this crowd are the one for you. I can't find any means of pointing my new .ie domain name to my site and trying to get help from their so-called "customer service" is like trying to draw blood from a stone. Like a lot of things 'Irish' this gang are just a RIP-OFF . . . .
You must tick at least one star to write a review. If it were possible I would tick a minus quantity of stars. The only reason they got one star is because there is no other option to leave a review. . . . . . . . Maybe use a few 'black holes'.

Moved our simple domain pointing to Cloudflare which for a novice is entirely un-understandable.
Hard tactics come into play when you ask them to cancel your account with them on the back of having effectively an unusable domain.

I have been a customer for years, and for years I have been saying I need to get out of this because of intermittent problems. I really regret not doing so.
Right now I haven’t had my email for 5 weeks. The only contact phone number doesn’t connect and so the only contact is via email. Over the last 5 weeks this has been only a response (sometimes) to my emails with what seems to be a copy and paste ‘we apologise for the inconvenience’ letter.
I am in the middle of 3 legal processes.. selling a house, buying a house, and divorce, and I have lost my main email.
Now it seems they have blocked my gmails to them, so my contact is through their web chat.. it’s farcical!
I’ve asked for someone to call me to explain what’s going on and I’ve been promised same, but of course it doesn’t happen..
I will be taking this further for sure, I can’t think that how they are conducting their business is legal.

If you also have problems report them to the Ombudsman, and get them closed down.
Call their US number and lodge complaint with them, and don't take no for an answer.

Emails not working since 26th January. This is the 5th time in a month that I have been without email.
Every support ticket ignored. Absolute disgrace of a company.

DO not use this company. I have lost me email server at least 6-8 times in last 3 months, and the most recent it has been down for 5 days with no response from these guys at all. It is time to change companies. Absolutely rubbish. They dont even respond to emails. Support only via chat and then a call back, but a call back based on USA Eastern Standard time - lot of good that is for me being based in Europe

To say that my experience was horrible, awful and of the lowest standard would be a severe understatement. STAY AWAY from this company! My website hasn't worked properly for 1 days straight since I got it. There is no contact number for this company and the Support team NEVER respond to emails. You are lucky if they action anything. STAY AWAY!

Time and again I've asked the ticket to be escalated, and asked for contact details for management, and those requests are simply ignored. I'm looking at losing what was a profitable business as a direct result of their incompetence and disinterest.

Horrible company and service
Horrible company and service. They renewed my hosting and 1 month after renewal and I paid for it stopped working. I was in contact with them many times. They gave me many different answers because I was constantly contacting them the last answer was that my hosting was in a legacy server and I had to pay again. Result of this I decided to change to another company. Host.ie did a fraud. They had to give support for the time (1 year) I bought the service with them otherwise they should not sell a service they do not have.

Atrocious service from this company. My emails and website are regularly down for up to a full day and their online chat is never available. They don't reply to support tickets. I can't run a business on this and will have to change.

I was a digiweb hosting customer and was moved to host.ie without any notice, (not really sure if it's DigiHost, or Host.ie or register.ie) the names are all over the place. Paid for SSL and after 3 years it has never been applied, Email stops working and if you can't fix it yourself you are stuck. I've issued countless support tickets. Now they've gone dark. I'm sure if they're going out of business.
Now, as painful as it is to change, I'll have to do it.

Loads of issues, resolved it buy moving to their competitors
Site was very slow, wouldn't load on some networks, couldn't access the panel from home either. I ended up having to buy a new hosting pack from their competitors to solve all the issues I had.
