I purchased a gift that was supposed to be delivered on a Friday, and it’s now been over a week with zero updates. The tracking doesn’t show anything—not even where the package is in transit.
I’ve sent multiple emails and all I get back are useless, generic, AI-generated replies claiming it’s ‘on its way.’ No real support, no accountability, nothing.
This is completely unacceptable. If you value your time and money, stay far away from this company. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
