I purchased a gift that was supposed to…

I purchased a gift that was supposed to be delivered on a Friday, and it’s now been over a week with zero updates. The tracking doesn’t show anything—not even where the package is in transit.

I’ve sent multiple emails and all I get back are useless, generic, AI-generated replies claiming it’s ‘on its way.’ No real support, no accountability, nothing.

This is completely unacceptable. If you value your time and money, stay far away from this company. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

HOPS Collective - very different gift baskets!

An excellent inventory of beer and foods.
I made my own basket based upon the likes of the gentleman to whom I was wishing a new home.
He certainly preferred beer, sausage, cheese and candy over the typical flowers!
I would definitely recommend

I ordered their gourmet Nanaimo bars…

I ordered their gourmet Nanaimo bars for a friend..she received Walmart brownies. I'm not kidding. I paid 80 bucks for Walmart brownies. I was only offered a 30% refund. I went right to Visa. Very disappointing. Never order from here

Great selection, great customer service

I loved that were so many options to customize, but also ready-made gift boxes at different price points.
Ordering was straightforward and easy, but I still managed to blend the delivery and billing addresses. I was contacted right away to ask for the correct address and responded to right away to confirm they got my answer.
Communication about the order and shipping was helpful and it arrived in a very short time, packaged so nothing was damaged.
My recipient loved the gift!

Beer and Meat gift box

Father in law received his birthday gift, he was grateful but let us know that the gift arrived damaged. The box was busted and the goodies where coming out…. extremely disappointed. The gift also didn’t deliver after 2 business days, despite paying 19.99 for shipping.
