I didn’t receive my order as it was misdelivered I assume, contacted hoodrich regarding this they said they’ve done their part and didn’t care. I spent over £100 and have received nothing.

I don’t know why so many complaining about your company I ordered the white long shorts and Hoodrich black hoodie with diamonds I mean everything to a perfection the quality is amazing nice and thick clothes I was very sceptical ordering after looking at the reviews but I can definitely tell you they are proper company my stuff also came with 9days to Ireland.

Shockingly bad quality. The paints faint, and the whole piece is made to be worn 5 times max. I bought lots of pieces thinking that the quality would be good, since they are quite expensive, but unfortunately I had to throw 300£ into the garbage bin

There is way too much lint on the inside of the grey hoodie and joggers. Even after 3 washes its still coming off in large lumps and ruins everything you wear underneath. Also the outside of the garments went all borbally after the first wash. Will never buy this brand again

"I loved the look of this thick hoodie and matching bottoms, as they seemed to be high quality. However, after only two days of wear, the fabric on the entire outfit started to (bubble) before it was even washed. The quality was absolutely awful. After one wash, it looked even worse—like it was over a year old. I have since returned it for a full refund." I wont be supporting the business from now on.

Bought a baseball style t-shirt for my daughter for an equivalent price to adidas originals or jordan. My daughter loves the design and chose it herself. The quality of the item is shockingly bad, worse than items bought from the cheapest online clothing stores. Worse because the stitching is all over the place using a double over lock stitch only, it's wonky, doesn't match the fabric, has pulls and snags throughout. Also the overlocking machine entirely missed one seam. I'm gob smacked. It will need to be washed in a delicates bag. Inside out on a cool wash to have any hope of surviving a handful of washes.

Hoodrich is the best clothing brand ever everything hoodrich produce is just awesome I only wear hoodrich if only hoodrich made trainers remember if you want quality look no further than hoodrich I've still got All my old hoodrich clothes which I will never get rid of keep up the good work hoodrich ❤️❤️

I ordered a coat on the 21 December 2025 and paid for guaranteed 24 hr DPD delivery. I received no confirmation or tracking information. I contacted them and asked if they could cancel the order as I was concerned due to not receiving any of these details. They replied the next day stating that cancellation was not possible due to it already having been processed. I acknowledged this and asked for them to provide the tracking details. They did not respond. I then received an email on 23 December 2025 to state that my order had been dispatched that day ( even though I should have received it the day before). I emailed them and told them that the item was no longer required as it was time sensitive and that I would be refusing delivery and asked them to refund me in full due to breach of contract. They refused and told me that I would have to pay to send it back. They refunded the delivery fee but not the item. DPD attempted delivery on 24 December and I refused delivery. DPD delivered the coat back to Hoodrich on 30 December 2025 and this is confirmed on the tracking. As of today Hoodrich are still refusing to refund me and they now have their item and my money. I would not recommend them. They believe that they are above the law and I would avoid them at all costs. If only “0” stars were an option.

I purchased something from this shop. Spent over £160 since on the 25th of December and till today 20th of January I have still not received it, tried reaching them through email, but no response. Awful service overall.

Bought some Joggers for Christmas in a size S when they arrived the package said S but the label inside was XS. Response time from Customer service was already slow as it had taken longer to dispatch. Being close to Christmas I reordered the S again so I had the correct size for the big day. These arrived swiftly thankfully. However, returning the other pair has been a thankless task. Multiple messages to customer service with no response. Thinking I was going to be stuck with these Joggers I gifted them to my Sister only to finally get a response after nearly 2 weeks of waiting. I wont be buying direct from you again as the experience has been pretty painful.

I ordered on the 10th of Dec 2025 and was told I would have to wait 5-10 business days. Today is the 31st of Dec and I still haven't received the item. On the 25th I emailed looking for an update and I have still not received a reply. There's not even a link I can track the item on.

Ordered on december 19th item doesn’t say dispatched yet I’ve emailed 3 times asking about it and no one has got back to me

I placed an order on 20/12/2025 Saturday and paid for 24-hour delivery, but the jacket is still with Royal Mail.

I have a flight tomorrow at 5 PM and the jacket is a gift for someone outside the UK. It is essential that it arrives before I leave, otherwise I cannot use it at all after my trip.

I hope Hoodrich can process the delivery urgently, as the delay is very stressful.

Ordered a coat on the 2nd of December after fully reading the delivery times 3-5 working days, by the 14th of December still no coat!! checked the tracking and royal mail are still waiting for the parcel. I emailed costumer service to ask when I might receive my order, and got no response checked my spam folder still no response.. Emailed them again on the 16th as apparently royal mail still don't have the parcel again no response. but I did receive an email asking for a review on the coat "the coat I am still waiting for that is" I understand it's a busy time of year but no order takes this long to process and no communication is very poor business

I ordered an item and found that it was delivered and put inside a common shared electric box, health and safety??? they dont care where they put, unfortunately the item was removed and electric box locked away. I complained this to hoodrich and their reply without even reading my email properly was to say it was delivered. told them to read my email again and their response we delivered and we dont care how it was delivered, appalling. They couldnt even send me a replacement, the item was just £28. 1st and last time ordering from this company. If something happened inside the electric box, who takes responsibility.

UPDATE: As you can see by their reply below, they cant read my review properly, i already have contact your customer service and they told me twice that it was delivered and they cant do anything about it. You did not deliver it to my address but to a shared electric box, all i got told is to contact bank to get refund. Appalling reply again.

I’m really not happy I bought a pair of joggers and the stitch work is falling out and terrible made I brought online on the 5th delivery was the 8th Iv been emailing hoodrich every day I finally got a reply that they would send someone from dpd to collect on the 12th and once again no reply Iv been emailing hoodrich every day as this is to be a Christmas present for my son I have re order another pair but when will I be refunded and item collected

I ordered a coat for my son from Hoodrich, but I’ve had issues with the delivery. Royal Mail are currently holding the parcel and have said they intend to return it to Hoodrich, although they can’t give me a clear timeframe.

I contacted Hoodrich customer service by email four days ago to ask what I could do in the meantime, especially as the coat is for my son’s Xmas present Unfortunately, I’ve had no response at all.

The lack of communication has been really frustrating and has left me feeling anxious, as I don’t want to disappoint my son on xmas. A quick reply or some guidance would have gone a long way. Very disappointed with the customer service so far.

I have always liked hoodrich as a brand, which is why I have ordered clothes and accessories several times and I can say that for 80% of the products the quality was satisfactory, not the best but good enough not to complain, but the truth is that with tracksuits, especially after a few wears and a few washes, defects begin to appear such as: the seam comes off or what happens most often is the print starts to fall off, I am not writing this review out of hatred but just so that the hoodrich team can see and possibly improve the quality of the clothes. I appreciate your work and I would like to see older products put back on the site such as og kraze tracksuits in different colors.
