Please note that we do offer our customers a free gift box. The only thing that has to be covered by the customers are the shipping fees.
We would like to remind you that no customers are charged without their consent.
Our service works like this, we offer a free giftbox at the sign up process. In order to get a free giftbox , our customers must make an order using the gift code we sent to them.
You have to hurry up, as the code is valid only 14 days! All this is explained in the sign up process, and our customers must accept the terms and conditions before the sing up process is finished.
Unless you unsubscribe, you get charged a monthly fee for which we send you a gift card with credit on, which you can use in our store. We have many fantastic branded products , at very interesting prices.
If you have any questions regarding your remaining gift cards, contact our customer service team at sarah@honestkiss.com. They will assist you there.

Would you really expect a company to ask for a review BEFORE you purchased anything? The clinque campaign made it far too difficult to receive a gift box, I had to leave a Trustpilot review first, then subscribe, then this, then that. The process was far too lengthy ending up in me being subscribed without receiving a gift box at all only now to be told that I can't have a refund because my initial 'gift card had expired and they don't give refunds. If you make the customer journey simpler and have a more user friendly and CLEAR process then you wouldn't be receiving such bad reviews

I do not recommend them at all. I got scammed. I originally went on because of a free box I was suppose to get. I read no where about a subscription I had to get with it, and from my understanding I paid $1.95 for shipping for this "free box" but apparently that fee was for a gift card? Worth $49 but then I had other $49 come out of my credit card. And I got the gift card code then 2 days later got an email saying the gift card expired. This Company is dumb. I have never been so upset. So thank you honest kiss for stealing my money.

It's a SCAM
I never understood the concept. Money is always deducted from your account without your consent. There no other way to contact except by mail, we are in 2021 to have such a poor customer service. Besides, you can only use the money taken from your card to order only the expensive products. All is done without you consenting to it. Even after cancellation, I get no refund!!!!!! Kindly never use my cc details to steal money from me. This has to STOP!!!!

I saw this add on Instagram, first I thought maybe it is fake but then I tried it and it say send to ur 5 Whatsaap member I did but they said what is it it’s not opening they said the link was not opening so then I realise it’s really fake but after some days I was getting msgs on my phone because I give my details to them so they keep sending me msgs today finally I opened that link again and guess what it’s working they r sending my gift It was $119 or something but I just paid $1.59 only I hope I could receive my gift I’ll give my review after receiving it:)
