France. After a 6 week wait, I am advised that TKHomes are still waiting for spare parts.
The installation was done quickly, well and area left very clean. Re-ajustments were quickly seen to.
Now the chairs leans away from the staircase to such an extent that I have one knee higher than the other. The arms are not tight and can be moved and they lose contact with the machine. i.e. I cannot find contact to make the chair work. The joystick was torn out by passer-by catching their T-shirt. Can't get it to click back or stick it with any sort of glue. The ride is rough and leans forward and backwards. Basically I cannot find a good word to say about this installation except it looks smart.

100% perfect TK Home Solutions Stairlifts.
I contacted TK Home Solutions Stairlifts after having a very bad experience with a large stairlift company who had fitted a faulty stairlift. From the moment I contacted TK Solutions I found them most polite and professional.
They fitted a stairlift within 10 days. It was Modern,smooth running and very easy to use. Deon who did the fitting was most helpful and polite. It only took a few hours to fit. No drilling was involved and he left the area immaculate. I can without doubt highly recommend TK Home Solutions Stairlifts for a first class stairlift. As my brother said it was 100% perfect.
