I recently attended a presentation from Home Invest focused on wealth building, cap rates, and value-add strategies, and it delivered real value. The way they explained cap rates made a complex concept much easier to understand and apply in real-world investing. They didn’t just define terms - they showed how cap rates impact pricing, returns, and decision-making.

I also appreciated the section on value-add opportunities and how improving operations, rents, and property performance can directly increase asset value and support future lending growth. It was practical, actionable, and clearly presented.

Home Invest does an excellent job of teaching both the fundamentals and the bigger-picture strategy behind multifamily investing. Highly recommended for anyone serious about building wealth through real estate.

Todays insider day training was great. I especially liked the concepts of the generational mandate and passing on a heritage of your values and systems to your grandchildren and viewing your investment decisions through a 50 yr lens.
