Unfortunately, my experience with ordering/growing clones was not positive. I decided to try the 2-plant bundle, mostly based on my positive history with ILGM. The plants arrived in bad shape, but I tried to work with them. When it was clear they would not recover I pulled them. When I read the return policy, it was already too late, wrappings had been tossed, etc. No hard feelings, but it will be seeds for me going forward.

I ordered a set of 6 clones. They arrived DEAD AND MUSHY. I contacted customer support and followed the instructions I was given. The plants were dead and I followed instructions anyway. Now I want a refund or a replacement. NO RESPONSE. This is the third time I’ve tried to contact you and NO RESPONSE YET AGAIN. BAD BUSINESS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A VERY EXPENSIVE ITEM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED. ☹️ And lose a lot of money …..

Don’t I understand why the return policy when it comes to damaged clones during shipping is not more clearly stated, and a disclaimer is set. You guys are very reputable company and I see great things however, unfortunately I am of the 5% that did not have a great experience. The clothes that I have ended up dying during shipping and were three days late when I got them not sure why they had to go to Oklahoma from Fort Lauderdale back to Florida. Now the return process is absolutely horrible. I’ve sent pictures 2 to 3 times and all I want is another set sent expedited or my money back.

I have been growing for a number of years now, and usually all of the seeds I purchase germinate and grow, maybe once in a while one or 2 fail. This is my first time purchasing from Homegrown Cannabis company. I bought 8 seeds (4 each of 2 different strains). I germinated each strain separately. Four seeds of one strain germinated within a day or 2, I planted them and one has come up. The other four have failed to germinate yet after about a week and a half. I am not going to get the 8 plants I wanted so I'll have to try to germinate my 4 bonus seeds. Not going good so far.

10 out of 12 seeds germinated just fine but 2 didn't even cracked. Been putting seeds direct in the soil with heat mat under the tray and 12/12 led light above. Out of 6 strains 5 germinated and strive but 1 - Afghan, seeds seems to not be viable ... what a 35$ bummer. Been ordering from homegrown for several years and learned that if you don't plant their seeds within first year then they loose viability, so I assume they sent me old seeds (((

I wasn’t sure about shipping info so I reached out to them and was instantly met with a response and an explanation of the process. Was happy with that and even happier when I received my clones which looked beautiful and had amazing roots! Highly recommend these guys and will definitely keep doing business with them

My first package was lost in the mail and arrived in bad shape. I wasn’t sure about their policy on stuff like this but they were so kind and assuring responding to my message and pic of the damage and quickly reshipped. It just arrived today taking only a few days for my replacement to get here. That means a lot to me!

Took forever to get the plants.( I thought I lost my money and the plants to be honest with you ).Plants look very good ,and healthy, except they are budding a little bit which I assume they'll grow out of that.In 4 months I'll change it to five Stars if they look great..👍👍 so far so good

I ordered a 2 pack of clones, they were delivered within the 6 day time frame; however, they were extremely stressed and after a week, they died. I followed all instructions, but they did not survive. I have contacted customer service, which has been a series of emails with video and pics of the clones that were sent multiple times, but still waiting on a determination from the customer service rep. So far, not a good experience.

Well they sure have tried to satisfy me, unfortunately shipping clones all the way to west coast is too hard for them. Received 3 and have 3 dead little ones. Very sad beginning of the season.
