Nightmare experience

Placed an order for flatware. Upon receiving the order confirmation it was “backordered” I contacted them several times with no response, to cancel my order. Several months later the original order was delivered. I emailed them asking for a return label, as I no longer needed the items and was accused of “buying something I could not afford” and “stealing from their family.” They also attempted to charge my credit card again for the same order completely unauthorized. I have never interacted with such an unprofessional company in my life. They even went as far to call my phone 57 times when they realized that I had disputed the charge with my credit card company. Thankfully I made my purchase on a major trusted credit card and was able to take action against them. Do not do business with this nightmare of a company!

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. My purchase was backordered, and I had zero communication about it. I spent a regrettable amount of time emailing and logging in to try to determine the status. It was eventually cancelled, and all that follow-up and waiting was for nothing. Awful!

Ordered a charm that was poor quality…

Ordered a charm that was poor quality and below expectations when compared to its description. Tried to contact customer service with no success. Was contacted by a representative from the business after involving my credit card company. to be cursed at by the representative, if that’s what you could call him.
Avoid this business and it’s sub-par products.

Dont trust negative reviews!

The prices for the chain I was looking for was 1100 below msrp. Site looked legit so I ordered. After reading some nightmare reviews I tried to refund. Josh called me up saying it shipped out from his supplier that day and was very familiar with me on the phone. I figured we will see what comes at this point. Josh was super responsive and helpful in my case sending emails updates and being transparent. My piece came in direct to me and I immediately went to my jeweler to confirm the product I ordered was what I got. They confirmed everything looked good and it was even from the same supplier they used. I told them the price I paid which was around 1620. They stated that they wouldn't even be able to buy necklace from the supplier at that price. I was super happy and was finally at peace after stressing myself out after reading those negative reviews. When It comes to the jewelry he uses reputable suppliers to get you the best price

Most of what happened with other…

Most of what happened with other customers happened with our order (Feb 2025) saying it was backordered, communicated through email multiple times and said it was in stock 5 months later but was having a problem getting the product.

I looked up reviews (July 2025) from here.

Then they text messaged instead of calling and I called. Left a message. Called back to back to see if they'd pick up. No answer. Something was off at this point.

The texter finally did call me and Josh said he was the owner. I explained everything, he said I didn't get charged (which I hadn't yet...which was odd) and that after seeing reviews I was going to order from another place.

He said all the bad reviews had been going on for years and called awful names and then started cursing them so I hung up. He tried calling back again but I blocked.

Anyway I wouldn't recommend.

Avoid this company completely

Avoid this company completely - they are entirely dishonest and the company is a scam. They sent an item to me after I had expressly told them not to, and refused to cancel the order. I was able to get a refund through my credit card (after providing email evidence), and so they charged me again without my permission- I got the charge reversed again, but life is too short to waste on these people.

They sent me what looks like a toy necklace & keys, I ordered two keys and a chain, what they sent had to be toys. After I emailed about a refund, the replied by cursing me with many very nasty curse words and accused me of trying to take money from their family.

No one pickup the phone

No one pickup the phone, I emailed said I want to return, got a reply called me MF. My order got back ordered, after a month I got my items, within an used Amazon box. The items looks fake from the package to the product. I doubt this one month waiting time is for the oversea shipping from where they produce fake product.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I wish I had checked this site before I made a purchase from HomeBello. It says in its refund status..(We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from HomeBello.com) When I told them I was not happy with the locket I ordered, I got a message back from the person stating "are you for real"? and refused to give me my money back. Claiming that there are no refunds on jewelry. So much for their refund policy saying they want every customer to be happy with their purchase. I will be making a report to BBB and our state consumer affairs. I wish I had read the reviews on here before I bought from this fraudster. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Placed an order for a name brand item and it was immediately back ordered. It actually did get sent but when it arrived it was defective. I emailed to process a refund and their response was laughable. They then suggested I contact my credit card company for a chargeback. This company is a SCAM! I feel like an idiot for ordering anything here; don’t fall for it!

Avoid at all costs!!

I placed an order with Home Bello on December 2, 2024 ($110 for a Match Pewter Oil Cruet). I received an email the following day that the item I ordered was backordered 3-4 weeks and to respond to the email if I wished to cancel. I have emailed 4 times and called and left numerous voicemails with this company to confirm I wish to cancel my order since it would not arrive before Christmas. I have yet to receive any type of response. I will be disputing any and all charges from this scam of a company should they decide to proceed with my order. Avoid this "company" at all costs!!

Not happy

Not happy! I ordered a Mauviel stew pot and they said it was back ordered. I waited several weeks and then I got a text that My order status was changed to Cancelled! No explanation. They offered a phone number for customer service that was disconnected. I have sent several emails and they are not answering and I have requested a call back that also has never happened. One of the texts said that they no longer carry Mauviel brand. Yet on their web sight they are still offering the pan I ordered. I even put it in my cart to see. This is bad customer service. Don’t shop here!

Would not answer emails or phone calls about item i received and wanted to return due to incorrect color. I called and lrft messages . No response . The last message said that this phone number is no longer working. I am stuck with the item.
