Not good. I spent over £60 and placed an order a month ago so I can have it before Christmas, still no order. Apparently there is a problem with Hermes but as a recipient I can’t check this the sender had to do this. HAH haven’t been cased Hermes, also I requested a refund a couple of times because I think waiting for an order for over a month is too long and I want my money back but I haven’t received or heard anything!!

Update on my original review:
Holland At Home customer service contacted me. They will investigate the whereabouts of the package (3 weeks still not delivered and says “origin post preparing to ship”. Obviously, at this point it is out of their hands and they have to suffer bad reviews from frustrated customers like myself. So, it is fare to say that the company could be a 5 star company if they would use a reliable form of delivery. They did dispatch my order the very next day after it was placed. I still will not buy in the future because I simply can not wait so long for my order to be delivered if it ever will. Please note, the shipping to USA, maybe it is different to EU.

I have ordered baby formula over two weeks ago and the package has been “in transit”. I did contact the company, they say they sent it and it should arrive soon but also can be longer due to COVID19. I ordered something else from Europe and it is already here within 2 days. My only hope that it gets here. Just really frustrating and will not order from them again. Do not recommend and i wish i read the reviews.

a company that doesn't assume responsibility for the shipping of the products that they are paid for, is not worth being trusted. I ordered many times , formula for my baby and I knew that there would be a delay since they use post NL. what I don't accept is the fact that they refused to refund once is not delivered on a date past on what they say ,and once the shipped items were lost. they will refund you once the investigation concluded. shame

It has been a frustrating experience to get my order to go through. I have tried to place my order 3 times now, but it seems to get stuck in the computer system. My payments go through easily, but the order never gets sent. This third and last trial I have already waited one month, and still my order is "in processing". I contacted customer service twice already, and they said there has been some problems with the item numbers being changed in their system and items running out of stock, but if there were problems, they should have contacted me to let me know. I ordered milk formula for my baby and anticipated waiting less than 2 weeks, so I didn't count on it taking more than a month (and who know how long it will be by the time the package actually arrives). It is a pity because they have great products that I would love to order (and receive!), but this experience has been so frustrating that I will never order from here again.

No guidance for products
I bought a chain protector, but they couldn't explain how to use it, nor could they provide any instructions or manual. This means that the product is useless and my money wasted.

I have been unable to find Ouwe Jongens cheese in the states. I was ready to give up the search when I searched the Internet for it. Ordered a 1000 gram chunk from Holland at Home.
The online processes worked well. I was notified when the product shipped, but not given a very good idea of when it would be delivered. It appeared on my door step in about 10 days.
Shipping was a little pricey, but it was fun to get reunited with this cheese.

Excellent Customer Service and all the Dutch Goodies you could want delivered to your door in very fast shipment times,, also at a very low cost.. Fantastic!!

I was quite skeptical by the Holland at Home claim that they would deliver my purchase by postal mail delivery within 7 to 8 business days. They not only delivered on their claim but the package was extremely well packed since it contained a 1 liter bottle of liquor. Based on this one transaction, I would certainly highly recommend this company to anyone.

I would recommend this company to everyone. They are highly professional and very helpful.

I've been living in UK for 15 years and could only get some dutch shopping in when visiting family. With Holland at home I can now have my little dutch pleasures more often. They got a good range and shipping is more then reasonable and very quick. Wish I knew about them much earlier.

I discovered Holland at Home some years ago now & can honestly say that they are such wonderful people. A lot of my childhood was spent in Holland & since the passing of my grandmother many years ago I no longer get over to Holland as much as I would like; Holland at Home have enabled me to get the products I miss from my younger years. The staff have always been very helpful when I have had any problems or queries. Thank you so much everyone at Holland at Home & Happy 10th Birthday & I hope your business continues to grow & supply those people who miss a bit of home ☺

Holland@Home is a lifesaver for Dutch people and others who love the Dutch cuisine and can not travel to there all the time. You have almost all any dutchlover would like. Everyting is shipped without breakage and to a really good shipping rate. Thanks for making our lives easier!
