Item never delivered, no response from customer service
I placed an order with Himalayan Trading Company on August 30, 2025 (Order HTC10046782) totaling $149.37.
According to the website, orders typically ship within 6–12 business days. As of March 2026, the merchandise has never been delivered.
I attempted multiple times to contact the company:
Sent email to customer support – no response
Called the listed customer service number and left a voicemail with my name, order number, and phone number – no response
Despite this, the company continues to send promotional marketing emails encouraging additional purchases.
Because the item was never delivered, I attempted to dispute the charge with my bank but discovered the dispute window had just expired.
I have now filed complaints with:
Better Business Bureau
Federal Trade Commission
Virginia Attorney General Consumer Protection Division
Utah Consumer Protection Division
If the company can provide proof of shipment and delivery, I would gladly update this review.
As of now, my experience has been paying $149.37 for merchandise that never arrived and receiving no response from the company.
