A good tool with potential, but really disappointing at the same time.

My biggest frustration with this platform is that you can’t properly correct a generated image without burning through credits. For example, I needed the word “July” to appear on screen, and it generated more than five different versions, all with spelling mistakes.

You have to be extremely specific with this platform just to almost get what you want, and even then, there’s no guarantee it will produce the correct result.

Personally, I don’t think it’s worth the money in its current form. They really need to improve the user experience, especially when the issue is clearly caused by the app itself. It’s incredibly frustrating to watch your credits disappear while trying to fix mistakes you didn’t create.

I understand it’s an AI platform and mistakes can happen, but then don’t charge excessive fees for every generation when users have no reliable way to correct obvious errors.

HORRIBLE!!!!! This app does not listen to your prompts. Misspells words nonstop, corrections are totally ignored. I am shocked that people like this app. Makes no sense.

I’ve been using Higgsfield AI heavily for cinematic content and honestly the potential is CRAZY. The camera movement, visual style, and overall creativity can be next level when it works correctly. It definitely stands out from a lot of AI video tools right now.

But my biggest issue is the pricing versus prompt consistency.

The platform is very expensive, especially when prompts don’t fully follow the visual instructions given. Sometimes the generations do strange things that make no logical sense. For example, prompting a simple red car and getting random distorted details like extra trunks or unnatural body shapes completely throws off the realism.

It feels like too many credits get burned trying to fix issues that shouldn’t happen in the first place. AI generation isn’t perfect, I understand that, but the object consistency and prompt accuracy definitely need improvement — especially at the current pricing level.

The app has incredible potential, but refining prompt interpretation and reducing these “weird mutation” moments would make creators trust the platform a lot more and waste far fewer credits.

Still rooting for the platform because visually it can produce some amazing cinematic results.

I am writing this to warn others: Higgsfield AI is a predatory platform. For anyone not deeply familiar with the AI industry, this site is designed to trick you. Every 5 seconds, you are redirected to a payment page, making it impossible to even test the tools.
The biggest scam is their subscription model. I paid for a full year’s subscription expecting full access, only to find out that they have hidden paywalls for everything. They split the "AI Video," "AI Photo," and "Face Swap" tools into different sections that each require their own separate payment or higher tier.
This was not clearly stated before I paid for the annual plan. It is a deceptive practice designed to steal money from people. The site does not work as advertised, and the customer support is non-existent. Save your money and stay away from this platform.

Unbelievable control with my animations when I use Studio Cinema 3.5

They make it impossibly hard to cancel the subscription. When I did it says "someone will reach out to confirm it". Day later I am being charged.
Terrible experience.

All in one platform. Easy to use if you are experienced. But if you are totally new to this it would feel overwhelming, since Higgsfield has put more and more features to this ; which I love to tryout soon. Perfect optimization for desktop but for tablet and mobile, it needs the major upgrade. Subscription seems a bit over price but it’s okay if we manage to write an effective prompt. I have been using this for pretty all of my projects. So yeah hope this helps. Free credits are more than welcomed hehe

The Video Generations model requires an update. It occasionally fails to produce the desired output, often leading to wasted credits as repeated attempts are necessary to achieve the intended results.

Higgsfield is a scam! They advertised Unlimited access to certain generators and it's a lie! I Paid $129 for their Ultra plan plus an extra $119 for extra credits and one video cost me all 6,000 credits for a cost of $235 for one 5 minute video. They are scammers that I will never ever use again!
