First time buying online from Heychic, fantastic experience. I bought TheIrma Brown Fair Isle Knit Sweater size S/M . It is perfect fit, so cosy, soft wool , perfect length. I highly recommend this jumper and Heychic .

Two out of three dresses have fabric flaws, as in holes. No response from Hey Chic regarding the issues. Do not buy. Looks lovely but poorest manufacturing I’ve seen.
UPDATE: new customer service are fantastic. Faulty dresses fully refunded & I was offered a dress of my choice free of charge. Well done Hey Chic

My return refund isnt showing in my store credit and I am unable to use it for another purchase

Yet another site that you can not get what you paid for. I have sent endless emails to this company. The latest is I must download their app to get a return label. I have done this and followed all the instructions .... Guess what!!!!! Still no label. Just to add further I have just received a further email from Heychic,informing me that I would have to pay a further 11.95 for the privilege of returning my googs. Well guess what it is not worth my time and more of my money. Soooooooo filed in the bin they go. Beware don't buy from this site.

I couldn't decide on a colour, so I brought 2. Love the fabric, just beautiful. The black is a bit transparent, will have to wear something underneath. But they will lovely for summer.

I love the clothing. The styles and colours are beautiful, they make a real statement. I am a 71-year-old and feel lovely in all the items I buy, especially the flowing dresses. The delivery service is quick, often only two days from placing order to delivery. When I needed some help to return an item that wasn't the correct size (my error) the advice was prompt and pleasant. Try HEYCHIC you will love them.

Do not buy from them. They take ages to arrive, have extremely poor quality, and it is almost impossible to obtain a return address. I sent something back six months ago, but I still haven't received a refund.
They are rude and unhelp to deal with. NEVER AGAIN!

I placed an order knowing full well they do not refund only give store credit. They sent me a dress which the button had fallen off. I tried to log into the return portal to start the return process but the portal states I have not made an order but yet it shows that the order was delivered. I have emailed them 3 times to get the issue sorted and nothing has happened so far - I even had to send a photo of the dress. The returns portal still states that I have not made an order and there is no other way to return items. They do not even have a phone number that you can ring. DO NOT BUY OFF OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The Caludia sweater is the softest thing I own. The fit is relaxed but still looks chic.

Got the Adele jumpsuit, and shipping was so fast! The fit is perfect, and the material is stretchy but still structured. It was a bit creased when it arrived, needed a quick iron.

I wasn't expecting the Serafina midi to feel this good for the price. The quality is great and the fabric has a nice weight. The color is a little different in person than online but still pretty.

The Soquila midi is honestly one of the best dresses I have. It looks so elegant and feels way more expensive than it was! It wrinkles a little, but nothing too bad.

The Gracie trousers are exactly what I needed. They're stylish and they don't stretch out after a few wears like cheaper brands.
