Don't use this company the products are…

Don't use this company the products are shocking, cheap rubbish that's been order from someone else yet this company is selling for double the prices.
The sizing is shocking and the quality is just a load of rubbish...

This is a genuine review and am not one for reviewing products but I don't want anyone being scammed like we have. £35 for cheap crap....

Men’s spider-Man costume

My son ordered spider-Man costume It came in a tiny box when he opened it was that small it wouldn’t fit him it would fit a kid I would never order from this company again. I sent the outfit back to them for a full refund and I still not got it I sent it back with Royal Mail got it tracked they have received it back and I still not got my refund. Yet It was sent on 4 march 2026
Shame on the company they like taking people money off them but they do not like paying out and they don’t pick the phone up

Do not use this company

Shocking company!! Took 28 days to deliver the package. No updates on delivery and now they won’t reply to me when asking for a return. Had to go out and buy another because it took so long. Just an email would be good.

Id give less than 1 star if it possible. This business is clearly a tin pot outfit with no aspiration to grow their reputation. We purchased a modest product for our son as a Christmas gift, a Spider-Man web shooter. The magnetic projectile sheared into two and the string retracted into the body of it after he fired it 3 times on Christmas Day. We requested a refund or exchange or even to be sent a replacement projectile so I could fix it for him. No response other than that they do not refund or exchange if the product not broken on delivery, but send them a pic or video and they will advise if they can help repair. We did that. But since then, we have had no response at all after 4 other emails. There seems to be no way to call them. Poor business, poor product not fit for purpose. Poor customer service. I would not advise anyone to buy from Hero Haven. Clearly not Heroes just Villains. Take your money and no response after. Looks like they are startup working out of their bedroom in their mums house. No way to run or grow a business. Avoid.

Fake low cost items from china

Don’t use. I ordered a Spider-Man zd toy figure. First off it’s a fake copy from china. It also took 3 weeks to arrive when shipping time said 2-4days. Customer service takes weeks to reply and is largely unhelpful. The item was shipped directly from china according to the tracking. I would have saved myself money and time ordering a fake item directly from aliexpress myself.

Non existant customer service

The spiderman mask was fine and arrived promptly but unfortunately we ordered the wrong one, discovered on Xmas Day.

Avoid.

Absolutely gutted , I ordered my item around the end of November. They only confirmed it on the 15th December.
Taking into consideration the 7-10working day delivery , It was still due here before christmas. I have tried to contact the company via online chat, email and even resulted to Instagram. They can put up news posts but not respond to customers about missing deliveries. Tracking the item was an issue itself with the tracking company 'contact information' being a link to an advertisement website.
Would never buy from here again and would not recommend.

Avoid folks.
I purchased an Iron Man mask on behalf of my son whom had saved all summer for it.
Once ordered, nothing... for ages. I had to chase and chase via email. Barely any responses. I was convinced that I had been fleeced. More chasing, no answers. Eventually it turned up - Broken. I have been battling ever since (2/3 months now) for a refund or replacement. Nothing!

Absolulty disgraceful !!! I have paid £10 for priority delivery as stated on their website would take 1-2days .
I have contacted the seller and had no reply very disappointed as I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew they couldn’t deliver this was needed for my daughter birthday .

I ordered a Spider-Man mask on 27 October 2025.
It still hasn’t arrived. I have received emails in tracking saying there is no order information and it has now been sent back to the sender, yet my address is clearly visible for me to see in the order information.
I have tried to contact them and haven’t received any reply.
I wanted the mask for my son for Christmas. I have no mask and I am £80 out of pocket as I haven’t received a refund either.
Very unhappy with the this company!

Brought an item from there was given wrong information. So items end up being not what I wanted found this out before receiving reached out to them. Telling them they said, no problem. We're sending a return label once you receive it. Just contact us have been contacting them for over a week now with no reply. Whatsoever, it's like they don't want to give me the return label to return the item. Very bad experience.
