Order placed on April 29 and ETA was May 10..as May 10 came and went I emailed on care@hellonancy and promptly got informed the package was not shipped but they were looking into it. It's been 4 days since then, still no hint of where is my shipment and 4 emails sent yielding ZERO response from them. I scoured the internet to try to get some kind of responsible person's email id. Found their co-founder on LinkedIn but then..Im apprehensive of leaving a public complaint on what is a private product! (Beats the purpose of paying for discreet packing) Worst experience. Abysmal levels of customer care. Truly saddened and feel cheated. I came here and read so many many many reviews stating the same failure - no shipment tracking and lack of response. Team Nancy, you may be honestly under staffed but then please do not go about trying to get the product sold if you can follow up on basic customer service!! I need a response ASAP.

I was a bit leery ordering the Lem from Nancy…I worried that I had wasted my money even with the discount but wow, was I ever wrong. This thing is amazing! I can’t even believe how incredible it is and how much I love it. I want to tell all my friends about it!

I was skeptical at first but the Lem completely lived up to the hype. Super cute, easy to use, surprisingly powerful, and honestly one of the best self-care purchases I’ve made. 10/10 recommend if you’ve been influenced like I was 😂🍋

My package came one day early, which was great. The app showed me exactly where it was and when it was showing up as far as the product goes, excellent quality, I would highly recommend it to anybody. All I can say is enjoy.

The local shipping company was a nightmare to deal with. It had been a month and still nothing. I couldn’t get in touch with anyone at the delivery center. I reached out to Hello Nancy and within 1 day received a reply. They were more than happy to help track my package. Hello Nancy emailed me the next day to ask if anyone from the shipping company had reached out. When I told them I hadn’t heard anything, they apologized (even though it wasn’t there issue) and sent out another product RIGHT AWAY AT NO CHARGE. It was amazing. These days no one really cares about customer service it seems, but this company went above and beyond! It’s a rare thing to feel like you are being heard. I will recommend them to everyone I know and I can’t wait to try my product!!!

I playfully introduced The Lemon to my wife as a surprise gift while we were generally done with foreplay and moving onto better things. Within seconds she was panting, moaning, and grunting in ways I have not heard in the 34 years of marriage. Then as she clicked into what we now call "Beast Mode" her eyes crossed, she stared convulsing(?) and speaking in languages I have never heard before. Then the shrieking, screaming, finger-scratching/grasping of the sheets and nearly passed out. But she never let go of that thing. After she returned to Earth, her eyes uncrossed, her panting subsiding, she panted about 10 of the verbatim comments on the Nancy website - you know - all the ones that look like ads, made up for sales? Yeah. She. Said. Them. All. Her last comment was, "EVERY woman needs one of these." My comment was, "I guess I'm as obsolete now as a buggy whip." She replied, "No way - I'm gonna treat you so right after what The Lemon just did for me." She did. It was fantastic. Men - do yourself a favor and don't miss this - get The Lemon for her.

I love this product! So much. I definitely recommend working your way up the chain. I started with the viral flower and it was great! Then I heard about Nancy's lemon and of course had to give that a whirl, definitely a step up as far as efficency and power. But my avacad-OHHHHH, has been absolutely life changing!
The ergonomic design makes it easier to lay back and enjoy every pulse instead of searching for the elusive button mid session. It also is slim enough to not inhibit other pleasure centers. The only limit is your imagination (and possibly free hands).
Normally I would just stick with the first 3-4 patterns (steady, increasing vibes) but with this, I thoroughly enjoy each setting.
It can make quick work of finding that finish line and is quiet enough my roommates no longer give me 'the look' over coffee the next morning. My coworkers have noticed a new spring in my step.
I am so grateful to have found Hello Nancy, they are an amazing company who understands what discreet shipping really means, very customer service oriented, and has a mission I can absolutely support.

I have been using a Sona Cruise from Lelo happily for years. On a rave recommendation from a friend I decided to try the Lemon, thinking it would be similar. And it is, except it way exceeds the Sona. I love that it's only one button to change sensations. And I love the variable patterns so much. I would make two changes - put the variable patterns in the middle of the cycle and save the strongest ones for last. And make the battery last longer. The only thing the Sona does better is battery life. Also, the price point of the lemon is much more affordable. Regardless, if you're thinking about it, just buy it. It's phenomenal.
