A great product and fast & responsive customer support.

I bought the mini portable bidet, ordered and paid for 21 November but only received 23 December it would have been better to know about the long delay before ordering! To add insult to injury during the wait I was inundated by two or more e mails everyday saying why procrastinate buy now. It was so annoying. The product itself it tiny and the jet is far from what I hope for. Don't bother.

My sons phone was hacked and used this co via our phone network (3). After speaking to them and proving the fraud they agreed to credit me back in full. Fast forward to now nearly 4 months later 3 are yet to receive the refund. Boku first said it will take 30 days, then they said it was done, then they wanted proof by me submitting copies of my phones statements over and over with excuses but still nothing. This company is a disgrace and lie. DO NOT USE THEM you have been warned

100% reccommended! I bought the 'abattant' Boku, and the installation was super easy. Cannot s* somewere else now

Exactly what they promised. I just wish I could regulate the intensity/thrust of the the water stream.

Best Christmas gift ever! My husband is notoriously hard to shop for and I bought him this for christmas. He has always wanted a bidet, but we have never have never taken the initiative to buy one and install it. It seemed more complex and expensive than we wanted to deal with. This was easy. It arrived quickly and he installed as soon as he opened it. Perfect!
