I am so sorry to hear that your mom had an issue with her order. Based on the information you provided, I am assuming that this package was lost in transit (and I believe I spoke on the phone with your mom as well). We always do what we can to help track these down, but ultimately if the post office is unable to find the package, we can't do anything about this. It is outlined in our shop policies that we are not responsible for lost packages, and as a small business we simply can't just reship lost items. You've ordered from us before so I am sure you know we are a legitimate business, and a situation like this is out of our scope of responsibility. We cannot provide a refund for items we shipped out, and that would not be fair to expect of us. Your mom went back and forth with customer service for months, and to this day our missing mail search is still open with USPS. We did everything possible on our end to help, but again as I said our hands are tied in this situation. I am happy to offer you a significant discount if you want to repurchase, which is what we offered your mom as well. We have responded to every email she's sent us, and simply have no new information to offer, or we would have followed up. Thanks for understanding, and I am so sorry that the post office has not been able to rectify this situation for her and you.
