I have been scammed by this company…

I have been scammed by this company because having had to return an item I bought from them, they have provided me with a false return address (which is not allowing me to track my return) and they have communicated with me in German instead of in English, making me translate the email communications I have received from them (even my return form). I now have realised they have given me a false return address so I cannot claim a refund. Finally, I have spent nearly £20 to post my return to this supposed address in China, which means that I have lost not just £50 but £20 extra (the original cost of the jacket was £45 and its original delivery cost was £5). Now, when customers try to click on Hause of Mode Refund Policy, there is no web page being displayed. I think that in this way, they have erased any evidence that they were providing customers with a false Return Address. Please be aware of this company's practices and ethos.

This company is awful

This company is awful, they don’t tell you that returns home to china, cost me £27 to return a pair of £50 shoes that looked great in picture and looked cheap when they came. Returned over 2 weeks ago and still fighting for my refund. Avoid this sight, I have contacted by email 3 times . Have emailed proof of postage that cost £27 to china but still no refund

Failed to deliver the item

Failed to deliver the item. Customer service is unhelpful and illogical, constantly delaying (AI, probably?). I won't use this website again.

Item arrived very late so I could not…

Item arrived very late so I could not use it and they have refused a refund even thought it will be returned unopened . Really unhelpful and clearly its come from China and was £65!!! Order HOM19624 if you would like to reconsider

The mens slippers I've purchased are…

The mens slippers I've purchased are nothing, nothing like the picture they advertise with. I've received something cheap in all ways and very uncomfortable. Avoid this company at all costs.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. Once again another company purporting to be either in the UK or in Germany but actually shipping from China. As usual poor communications. Another company that takes a credit card information and payment makes you wait weeks for delivery. Haven't received my delivery and asked to cancel the order. Why can't companies just be up front and say they are shipping from China with many weeks delay for delivery

Don''t be cheated by this website,. You pay for expensive item from China that cost USD2 whilst you are charged USD75 excluding the shipping. what you get its 100% different from picture on their website. HORRIBLE...lying website. better you buy from Amazon. NeveR AGAIN. i now will know how to make sure I don't buy from scam websites like these again. Learned my lesson. AND they charged you for insured shipping and you get your items in 3 weeks because they come from CHINA
