Great product, came much faster than the first time I ordered.

100% Deluxe Product. Smooth ordering process, smooth delivery process, smooth beverages.

I got a used/open-box item, yet I paid full price for it.

The QC seal was broken, the inside of the box had visible amounts of dust/lint, and the canister itself was very scratched.

All of this would've been fine had I been notified in advance or not charged the same price of a new item.

I don't feel ripped off, but I wouldn't consider it an honest transaction either.

I ordered my Nitropress well over a year ago and it's been a pleasure to use. I damaged the aerator trying to remove it for cleaning, and they supplied a parts kit with no hassle whatsoever. Absolutely brilliant customer service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Awesome!! Made my first vegan orange juice nitro - it was amazing!! Going to use this for all my juices (and teas :). Can't wait to receive the cartridge-free unit when it releases!!

Absolutely rocks!!! With different cartridges this is a multitasking beast. I’ve used it to nitro cold brew, foam cream, and add carbonation to cocktails.

I’ve been an early adopter of Nitropress and has been using it for more than 2 years. The product was very solid and made to last. The company was always very responsive and attentive when I needed help (Thanks Katie). I’ve upgraded to DS version of the device and was constantly updated on the build process but also they’ve sent me cartridges to live through the small delay in production.

The DS version resembles the previous handmade quality and also comes in 3 amazing colors. So far, I’ve been able to make a couple of cocktails and coffee without thinking about the cartridges anymore. It looks amazing and also features new mode to have higher pressure.

I had a code that was qualified but wasn’t quite working so I live chatted and an agent was not available. I emailed them to explain and they responded within reason. The representative understood my issue and tried to help and so we tried applying it once again. It did not work. I emailed/replied back to the email chain and was given a different code that also qualified and was able to be applied. Customer service like that, where your needs and communications are heard and understood are what keeps customers for life. Thank you Hatfield’s from keeping me from going astray.

I own a coffee roasting company and I bought the nitro press to experiment with my how infusion of nitrogen would change the taste and texture profile of my coffee. I was impressed from the very beginning of getting the NitroPress. The packaging actually looks like I was getting a gift from a friend that cared about packaging. The form, fit and attention to details of the Nitropress are way above the price. It is simple, elegant and easy to use, and clean. You could easily leave this out on the counter, because of its style and design. I love it and wish all my coffee equipment were made to this form and function.

So far I have used the NitroPress daily and I’m very happy with the results. My cold brew is smooth and creamy even without cream or sugar using the pure nitrogen charges. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to bring the coffee house results of Nitro cold brew home.

I gave them five starts as I have used them a few times and it’s always been great. This time they shipped the wrong product, but as soon as I told them, they rectified it and the correct product is already on its way. I was very impressed. I love the coffee!

The nitro glass set is very nice, I just wish they were a little larger. I usually drink three or four in the current size. A 12-16 oz glass would be great!

Great product. Best in class. I tried the uKeg Nitro and although the volume is larger with that vessel, it only uses N2O and doesn’t compare to N2, which NitroPress uses and makes good use of. NitroPress makes Starbucks equivalent nitro cold brew once you get the bean/blend and the right concentration. The machining of the NitroPress is high quality. Its a great product. My only (small) complaint is that the useable liquid volume of the container is 500ml. I wish it was 1000ml, but its not a big deal to refill. Looking forward to making some nitro cocktails with this!
