This company has serious payment issues, and compounded with their appalling customer service. I returned an item and they did not bother to pick up from customs, held onto my money for four months. Wrote to CEO, who does not even have common courtesy to reply with an answer/explanation
If you use HEWI beware that you could never get your money/goods

I have sold an item from hardlyeverwornit, but I didn’t receive my payment . And I send email, chat by WhatsApp, no response. I have tried to call them but no one answers phone. So I think they may have problems or financial issue. Don’t sell your item from them as they never pay.

I must say that this on line platform has the worst customer services and finance department. Trying to get them pay for my two items sold is taking me now for 4 months. Each time if I manage to speak to customer services they tell that I would get paid in 24hrs as they escalated the request. Nothing happens. I e-mailed their finance department and was not even replied.
It’s time now for me to escalate to small claims court or TSA as I cannot get my money from this organisation.

seller cancelled order, no refund. emailed HEWI no response. if i dont get a response in the next 5 days i will file a chargeback. i suggest someone contacts me. i am livid

Seller beware! Sold an item a month ago and still not been paid. They are scamming seller.. avoid!

It said that my order would be shipped within two days. That was on Saturday. I wanted to receive it before I left on holiday a week later. I called on Wednesday but unfortunately it still hadn’t been despatched so I couldn’t have it to take with me.
Disappointing

I have paid for the necklace (ordered on the 17.4 but have not received it yet. Tried to get in touch through phone, email and WhatsApp but unfortunately I have been ignored. I have no idea what is happening with my order and why is noone responding to my questions.

Purchased an item on 7th April 2025 Have never received it. I have reached out 3 times via their website + instagram messenger. No one has responded, still no items and no update. Will have to contact my credit card company with fraud as they have taken my money and never delivered/ updated me on what is happening with my item.

Product as described, postage took longer than I thought it would. Overall happy

I like the fact that prices are negotiable and the communications via WhatsApp is super convenient.

I sold an item on 30/11/24 and despite multiple attempts to receive my payment, I am still waiting. The entire process has been frustrating due to the lack of clarity and transparency.

Customer service keeps going in circles, failing to provide clear guidance on what needs to be done to release my funds. They show no urgency, interest, or respect for the customer.

I cannot recommend selling through this platform if you expect to be paid in a timely and professional manner. Avoid at all costs!

Bought a Bogner ski jacket, advertised as size 42, UK 16. I was very exited to receive it, as a price was good. Delivery was very good, but jacket was size 20 at least, if not bigger . Obviously , it was mislabelled. And I paid 15 pounds for delivery and the same for return. Hewi declined to pay delivery and return money back, even the item was clearly mislabelled. I own 2 Bogner jackets, size 42, and I tried this particular jacket in the Courchevel last year and in Val this year, and it fitted me well. In fact, I went to the Bogner shop in Courchevel this March (after I returned it), and similar style jacket fitted me like a glove once again. So, I lost £30 just because they selling mislabelled items! Moreover, refund was promised within 2-3 working days and it was delayed for more then two weeks. They finally refunded me only after I threaten them to escalate this matter with my credit card company. Not good business, not trustworthy company. Avoid.

Sold two items several months apart. 3 months to received the first payment, 4 months and still nothing from the second, using the same unprofessional excuses. This site is an absolute scam, and very bored of being lied to. From all of these comments, I can't imagine how much money they're holding
