Very disappointed, wish I would have read the reviews prior to buying. The reviews are all correct- the shoes size chart is incorrect and the the company is refusing to refund or exchange and only providing an option of ordering more shoes at a 30% discount.

The shoes that i got where supposed to be orthopedic they where garrbage cheap made not orthopedic waist of money had to fight for tracking number the whole experience was bad.

Do not, I repeat, do not buy anything from this company. Their orders arrive months after ordered and then they do not accept returns. There’s no information with the packaging and when you communicate with them, they are inflexible and do not stand behind their products. Again, do not buy from them.

They show a product that looks well made and send something cheap that is nothing like the product advertised on Facebook.

Ordered two pairs of shorts from the website through Instagram using the size chart provided. They were WAY too big. When I reached out to return/exchange I was advised that they only exchange or return damaged items. If I wanted to return the items, I would have to pay the shipping fee back to the Asia warehouse that would be more than the shorts. They offered a 15% refund and told me "donate the items." Never heard of a clothing company where you can't at least exchange for the correct size when THEIR sizing chart is clearly off or the manufacturing process for sizing is incorrect. Glad to have "donated" $70 to this company. Won't be sucked in by an Instagram add again. Was my first and last time.

I ordered 2 strech jeans in large men's size (waist 36-38). These were advertised as strech jean material. What I got are like pajama material. The size does not fit me at all, it is about 32" waist. These arrived while I was travelling, and they refuse to take it back and issue a refund because supposedly 7 days have passed since these were shipped. THis is a total scam. Don't use this site for any orders.

Should have read the reviews before I ordered. Product received absolutely nothing like the description. "Women's orthopedic diabetic arch support sneaker" was an entirely flat shoe looking like it was made in the dollar store and the soles jutted out from the back of the shoe in a ridiculous angle. This company is one huge scam!

with all of these terrible reviews how is the company allowed to be advertising on social media. People need to band together and shut these frauds down.

The bra I bought was overpriced and CHEAPLY made. It arrived while I was out of town. I didn't have a chance to try it on within 7 days of delivery. Of course, they would not consider making any exceptions. In my first email, I asked a very specific question about sizing. Three times, they reiterated their return policy. Each time, I reminded them they were not answering my question. They finally posted their size chart, which is what I originally used to make my purchase. They never answered a very specific question which was if the cup size increased as the size ordered increased. Do not order from this company.

Received item that was not representative of description, and the seams were not properly sewn together. They started by only offering 15% of the purchase price. After saying no, they came back with 30% or 100% if I ship it back to Vietnam. I then went back to PayPal for resolution. We shall see.

It was bad enough for bait and switch, but then to send damaged goods, and won’t refund my money.

They are liars dont even looks at their websayt its Fake Fake and Fake and they never give you return label you have to pay return yourself.
I know one day they through up that they ate people’s money with cheating way. If its not in this world for sure will be hereafter. Dont even think to buy anything😡😡😡

The Happy Shop is yet another Instagram scam. Sizes are based on tiny Asian women and do not reflect American sizing. They're int'l and you can't return, they offer a partial refund and youre stuck with a tiny garment. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!! IT'S THE UNHAPPY SHOP!!! ☹️

I ordered a bird feeder from HappyShop cosmor tumbler PTE LTD which was nothing like what the picture on FB looked like. It was cheap and flimsy. I want to return it, but no number to call. I’m out $37 for a cheap piece of plastic. I’m never going to order anything on FB again unless I know the company. I’ve been suckered too many times.

I just ordered 2 pair of sandals about one hour ago. I received confirmation less than 10 minutes later. I then tried to find an order number and couldn't find it. I responded to my confirmation e-mail to cancel order immediately. No response. I sent another e-mail to confirm they have cancelled order. When I opened up original e-mail it showed me an invoice from NORTON SECURITY stating they have renewed my security and have charged me 499.99! Talk about a scam. I will notify my bank in the morning to see if I can stop payment to whoever is trying to take me for a fool. I knew it was too good too be true.

Ordered sandals advertised for bad feet. When they arrived the quality was so bad barely could keep them on my feet. When I tried to return told me I would have to pay for shipping to asia which was very expensive. Offered 10 percent refund but that wouldn’t cover to repair them. They finally said 20 percent or nothing!!!! Be careful!

Buyer BEWARE!!!!! I wish I had read about this business before I spent my money on sandals of CHEAP quality and waiting several weeks to receive them. The photo of the sandals looked good, that's all they had going for them. They were supposedly orthopedic, and the fit was suppose to be for a narrow width, which is what I needed. Well you can probably guess the rest of the story. They did not fit. I ordered a size 9 and the shoes I received were too short and too loose on my feet. I didn't see a size on the shoes. I contacted customer service inorder to return the shoes and have my money refunded. I was horrified with the news about my refund. Well I'm stuck with shoes I can't use and only received a 30% refund after communicating over a 3 day period. My experience is similar to some of the others. Like I said, buyer BEWARE!!! If you think you are getting a deal, you will probably be terribly disappointed. I don't have anything positive to say and wouldn't have given a star but that's the only way I could get the message box to open.

Again, as everybody says here, this is a scam and completely trash was sent to my home when I ordered Clarks shoes that were cheap Chinese knock offs. I filed a dispute with PayPal and sent a few emails back-and-forth with the company and got a full refund. What a scam.

False advertising, product not what was pictured or described. Orthopedic sole is just hard plastic. Can’t really return as they would have customer pay shipping to China. Offer a 15% refund which I doubt I will receive. Product is trash company total scam. Don’t be a sucker like me.

Very deceptive company. I also wish I would have seen theses reviews. I bought 3 pair of what they had shown as Clark's. Garbage and they won't let me return. I am out almost 100. They offered to refund me 15%. What a joke.
