I discovered GM 5 years ago, and i liked the style immediately smart but not pretentious.
I have bought everything from bikini to wintercoats, but not the assesories.
The quality of clothing is like Zara. Some sizes are difficult when you shop online but the GM team is so caring and helpfull if you write the and ask about size in advance.
Ofcourse evebody wants to expand their brand but really be carefull because it will perhaps loose som of the uniqe brand integrity.

Was so pleased when I found this website as I love pretty much everything on it. I ordered 3 items, a jumper, a jacket and some trousers. They were mid-priced and looked like they’d be reasonable quality. I had to pay £15 delivery fee but ok never mind. A couple of days later I got an email saying I had to pay £65 tax. This was a shock, but my fault as it’s probably in the T&Cs somewhere (easy to miss if it’s in French). Anyway I had no choice but to pay it, a couple of days later the items arrived and I’m very pleased to say I LOVED THEM. Good job or I’d have had to pay to return them. Reasonable quality in line with the cost, and VERY stylish. Just look out for that import tax!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Grungemama. I had high expectations, but their lack of transparency and poor customer service completely let me down.

After placing my order, I was shocked to be contacted by customs and told I had to pay an additional 35% of my total order for VAT—something that was never made clear at checkout. When I reached out to Grungemama’s customer service, they simply told me this charge was my responsibility and that it was mentioned in the fine print. Who actually reads the full terms and conditions when making a purchase? This kind of hidden cost should be clearly stated before payment.

To make matters worse, I had ordered the item for an event, and Grungemama showed zero concern or willingness to help. Now, I have to wait for the item to be returned before I can even get my money back, adding even more frustration.

This was a terrible shopping experience, and I would not recommend buying from this website. If you’re considering it, be prepared for unexpected fees and unhelpful customer service.

After a LONG travel “arround” we finally found af perfect solution. Mostly 4 stars because of I had to keep fighting - 5 stars for the solution. I will be back but also very attentive of what I buy. You can not buy clothes like that i Denmark.

The delivery was fast and uncomplicated. The return terrible. I've checked out as a guest and send 3 E-Mails to the customer service to receive the temporary password to initiate my return.
After E-Mail number no answer from there customer service. It seems like they do not understand there own processes as the person that wrote the messages directed me to the only return process as if I checked out with an account. I didn't get an answer to my request yet so had to return the package with out guidance. Fingers cross if I get my money back.

I have ordered few times to Cyprus. Delivery by DHL works well, no delays. Clothes is lovely especially the Summer dresses but colors way off.
There are lot of filters used while posting on Instagram and the colors look different in real life. It is a pity because the items are nice and very reasonably priced.

I’m living in Australia and 10 days ago, I purchased online TEQUILA MAKE ME CRAZY t-shirt and I didn’t pay attention about that embarrassing spelling mistake before receiving it.
It quickly became evident that it could have used a second pair of eyes before moving to production.
It looks like Grungemama’s staff was feeling a little too cool at school when they typed up this t-shirt advertising Tequila "make” me crazy.
While it's certainly an innocent mistake, all it takes is one missing "s" to have every first grader questioning what they learned in class. 
Apparently someone missed the memo about grammar...
Again no help at all in resolving issue, they don't believe in quality control and do NOTHING for regular customers. Very hard to deal with these people.
Now left with a useless t-shirt because I’m ashamed to wear it.
My advise … don’t keep selling these t-shirts when you know the mistake. it's not cool fir your customers.

Wanted to order for ages as such lovely clothes. But delivery is £20 to uk. Finally ordered and shirt came damaged. They want me to pay for return! And delivery of replacement !!!
Customer service non existent and don’t respond at all.
Really disappointed as would have loved to buy more. But for those undecided - don’t take the risk. I made a very expensive mistake.

You often need to buy quickly as it will sell out, so don't think to much about it, cause then it is gone !
