Customer service is HORRIBLE and…

Customer service is HORRIBLE and FRUSTRATING - I ordered a rescue grill kit that included the reuse gloves - the gloves were missing from my order - first off - you can't speak to anyone - all communication is from email. Secondly "Anne" kept promising me the gloves with a generic email message - and then the gloves suddenly arrived 4 months later from the original delivery kit delivery when they were originally missing from - with no email about delivery - it was a surprise - you know what there are other companies that have that same sponge - gloves etc. I went to PC Richards which have THE BEST Customer service ever and you have a place and a person to talk with and see what you are buying - I highly recommend them.

Received order in December of 2025. Was missing part of order and it has been over 4 MONTHS and still no resolution. Asked for refund instead since they have never fulfilled order. Just keep pushing me off saying unexpected delay or sold out again. RICIDULOUS!!

Used the brush ONCE

Used the brush ONCE, and it broke, as the brush will not stay connected to the handle. I sent a email to their customer support and they responded requesting a video, I sent pictures and haven’t heard from them at all. Total crickets 🦗, I requested a new brush to replace the broken one. Again, crickets 🦗! This is a total waste of money IMHO.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! My December order, which took several weeks to arrive, was incomplete. I was told I could return the received items for a refund if I didn't want to wait for the additional items so I chose to return them for a refund. I mailed them back per their instruction, at my own additional cost, and have been dealing with their "customer service" for OVER TWO MONTHS now trying to get my refunds. They now have all the products I shipped back AND all my money! The only way I even got them to initially respond to me was after I filed a complaint through the BBB. It's so infuriating for a company to be so dishonest and deceptive. I tell anybody I can to NEVER use this company!

Grill rescue is dishonest

This review documents my personal experience with this company and the timeline of my order.

• Order placed: December 20, 2025
• Partial order received: Date unknown for remaining item (never delivered)
• No communication from the company regarding a delay or backorder within the first 30 days.

After waiting nearly two months, I contacted the company.

• February 16, 2026 – Customer service responded stating they had just received a shipment of the item I ordered and that my order would ship immediately.
• February 19, 2026 – I was informed that my order had already shipped and that they were waiting on a tracking number from their fulfillment department.

No tracking number was ever provided and no shipment was received.

• March 5, 2026 – After multiple follow-up emails, the company responded stating that the product had sold out immediately after a restock and that they expected another restock in 2–3 weeks.

This statement conflicts with the February 19 communication indicating that my order had already shipped.

I have requested either delivery of the product or a refund for the undelivered item. At the time of writing this review, the issue has not yet been resolved.

I initially chose to purchase from this company because it promotes itself as a first responder–owned small business, and as a veteran I wanted to support that. I hope the company resolves this matter promptly.

I have ordered at least 5 brushes and 5 extra pads. I ordered 2 pairs of the grilling groves from Xmas $100 plus for 2. They never sent them, I have contacted at least 5 times they continue to do nothing. Don’t Buy!!!

Well I’ve still not received my order

Well I’ve still not received my order!
I ordered in the middle of Dec 2025, and here we are now in the middle of Feb!
I’m still waiting for the product! I contacted them at least 3 times and they always apologized profusely, promising that I would receive my product in the next week or two.
And the reason for the delay was blamed on the postal service!
This is a complete rip off scam company and they should be put out of business. Do not order from this company.

Grill Rescue is a Joke

Please don't order from them. Like others, ordered product based on slick advertising, after 6 weeks nothing. Disputed credit card charge and sent email telling them to ship it and the charge will go through. They then had the gall to send me an email saying it was delivered which I immediately disputed saying send me the tracking number and of course no response. Also, their nonsense about giving to Fire fighters showed on their Form 990 that have about 200k in assets and gave away almost nothing. That is the real disgrace, regardless who founded it. The product is not bad but the business is run terribly. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Not worth the aggravation

I ordered several grill cleaning items, which were promptly charged to my credit card. After 3 weeks with no delivery, I attempted to contact the company about my order. The only contact method I could find is by email, and after several emails I sent, I got a reply that the shippers were at fault, and allow a few more days for delivery. Same response 2 weeks later. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and after several weeks, they responded that one item I wanted was on back order, and that is what held up shipment of my other items as well. They did apologize for the lack of communication, but at this point, I’m not waiting for items to be back in stock. I’m asking for my money back, and will never get the time back I lost in trying to get this company to do what they claim. Beware.

email address abuse

I would like to share that once this company gets ahold of your email address it will abuse and molest it to no end. Of course you have to agree to their "terms and conditions" and "privacy policy" in order to place an order online (just like everyone else) and in the process your email box will continue to be abused daily for years to come without any way of stopping it. I have tried to "unsubscribe" but it leads to no results. I have now created a rule in my mailbox to try to stop the barrage of marketing email from this company. Despicable!

My wife ordered 2 grill cleaners two weeks before Christmas but we never received them. She called them several times and no order delivery updates were provided. They finally refunded her money after 4 weeks. terrible customer service and very poor communication.

Ordered 2 pair of gloves and a pack of grill sponges in December 2025. I received the sponges soon after the order was placed, but have yet to receive the sponges. For a company claiming to be by first responders and veterans, they should not be trusted. I will be sending the unopened sponges back Feb 1 and filing to reverse charges.
DO NOT buy from this company.

Scam

Scam! These people are scamming people out of money! They take your money. Send you a fake tracking number. The order never comes. They won't respond at 1st except for a generic response & then you eventually get a sorry email please confirm the shipping address which is some random address to vacant land.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Customer service does not exist at this company. Have been trying for over a month to get gloves, finally asked for a refund 2 weeks ago and now answer. Responded today with “we are preparing your gloves for shipment”. Told them I don’t want the gloves, I want a refund. No response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! They are not legit. We ordered product that was never sent. They provided a fake tracking number and have failed to respond to three written requests for refund or correction. We have to file a fraud report with our credit card company and hope to receive a refund through them.

We wanted to return our order and followed the return instructions. No action to confirm receipt of our return via UPS (we confirmed our return was received).

Scammers! Do NOT buy Grill Rescue products!

I ordered Grill Rescue products in early December for Christmas presents. I also paid for priority shipping and processing. It is now January 13th and I still have not received the shipment. I have sent them 5 emails and called them dozens of times to cancel the order. No one answers the phone and I have received two canned email responses refusing to cancel the order. My credit card was billed but i still don’t have the order one month later. Scammers! Do NOT buy Grill Rescue products!
