Scam, product did not arrived

Product did not arrived, waiting 2 weeks already

This is my second attempt at asking where my order is?
I placed order for lung detox on 5th December,you took £32 99 out of my bank account and I’ve heard nothing since! This is unacceptable and I request a refund ASAP please.

Item ordered was bamboo soap trays (qty 2) , took 21 days to arrive, had I known they were coming from China I would not have ordered. Goes against the green credentials claimed by the company.

Absolutely pleased with the level of efforts and dedication of service given to us at the time of booking. From start to end, the staff were very helpful and assistive to make sure our day goes perfect as planned. Couldn't recommend anyone better in the industry.
Due to Covid-19, we had to cancel our booking. The owner and staff were very helpful and walked us through the cancellation process. It took a few weeks longer than expected which was fine due to the current situation, but was all handled professionally.
if I had to plan my wedding again, i would definitely come back to these guys, not to mention the food was amazing!! Took the family for a meal tester, and the starters to desserts, food was spot on!!
