Terrible service from day one!

Terrible service from day one, no one so far has any concept that Gravita is providing a service and we are the customers here, instead of being told off constantly, and we have to work around Gravita staff's schedule which is completely absurd! Definitely an experience that is worthy enough to share with others, frankly we had quite enough so far, I do not not think there will be more 'For future submissions' Still waiting for account department after 24hrs!

Excellent customer support. Gravita is on our side in every step. As a start up we faced many chellenges. Gravita replaced succesfully our initial choice EY, providing dedication and personal attention.
