The dress I received was nothing like the ad on Facebook. I got some cheap chambray dress with no pockets. It’s so ugly.

I bought 2 women's shirts, 1 men's shirt and 1 pair of patriotic "jeans"....when these items arrived I opened the package only to find that the 2 women's shirts that were to have sequins (according to the website's posted pictures) were only screen printed and the patriotic jeans with studs (again, according to the website's posted picture) was also only screen printed and are NOT jean material!! And trying to find out how to return said items is impossible because there is no option to contact even though the email is posted on the contact information for the company. Total misrepresentation of products for sale!!! (Tried to paste picture of my receipt)
PLEASE let me know how to return these items for a refund!!!

Packaging, when my order arrived. It was poorly packaged, causing it to be bent and rim damaged.

They kept me informed as best they could.
I bought two of these hats for myself and a friend who is also a female veteran. They are lovely reminders that women serve, too, and are valued members of the military despite what the jerk-wad Hegseth thinks.
Ordering was easy. The product arrived on time. The product was well made, the colors were true and the fit was good.
disputed with regards to quality and they took care of everything

The shirt I ordered was supposed to have been the Yorkie dog. Instead I got the Dachshund dog. How do I get it exchanged?
I like the fit of my shirt. But the fabric is a cheap polyester knit not the cotton knit I expected.
The hat was not at all like the photo on the website. The writing on the hat was raised in the photo. I own a lot of hats and this one is of very poor quality. The bill is flimsy. They shipped the hat in a bag and it was crushed when I got it. Very disappointed.
Update: Gracestitchs reached out to me and offered a full refund. That shows that they are aware of the issue. When I actually receive the refund, I will upgrade my review.
Another update. Gracestitchs say they issued a refund. I have never received it.
Beware of this company.
Another update. After my last update, Gracestitchs finally refunded my money. It took some time but they did refunded my money.

Photography is a complete scam. I have done many needlework projects and this company leads you to believe all of the dog items are patchwork with raised designs. THEY ARE NOT! Everything is printed on and very cheaply done. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Received a reply from company offering to “make it right”. Yet another joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I ordered a LARGE size sweater for my wife. It was found to be very short! It didn't even come down to her waist. She can't even wear the sweater. What a rip off!

I ordered a shirt. It was way too small and not my size. I sent an email and no answer. I really like the shirt so I ordered another one in a larger size and to my dismay it was even smaller than the first one. I have written to the email several times and no response. Now the return window is over and I am stuck with two shirts that do not fit. I am very disappointed. Maybe someone will respond to my email if they read this. I love the shirts just too small. Way too small. Not my size at all!

The shipping took some time but I received a beautiful sweater that my mom just loves.
I ordered 2 different shirts from this company, supposedly based in Texas and supposedly donating money to animal groups for each sale. They took a long time to arrive,no movement on them until I started questioning. Neither was as described or as pictured. The designs on the front are actually a blurry screenprint, not the cute applique shown in the pictures. The denim isn't denim; the sweatshirt isn't sweatshirt material. the shirt sized "small" is larger than the "medium". When I wrote to tell them how unhappy I was, I got a runaround for quite awhile, the same broken English response, until finally they told me I could send them back but I would have to "afford" international shipping which would "be expensive", or I could sell or give them to somebody else. They did offer a $31 refund, which I accepted but haven't seen yet. That doesn't come close to what I paid for the shirts. IF I get it , that will be a little compensation. It is definitely not worth the hassle. Save yur time and your money.
I ordered a Dauchound Shirt about a week ago and it came. Poor quality, to begin with, and I have tried to contact the company to demand a refund and return information. So far I have received no return information and to pay almost $40 for a shirt that is crappy is unbelieveable. The ribbing was not ribbing it was denium which will not stretch and I can't wear it.. I hope to warn others to not purchase this junk and keep your money . The design is printed not appliqued on and it is advertisd as a sweat shirt which it is not. I just want to return it and get the refund. How do it accompolishs this? Okay it is 6 days since this started. There is not an invoice number to refer to and going to your customer service just goes round and round to your ads, and no way to contact customer service. I have contacted my credit card company and filed a disputed claim with them.
The shirt is still sitting here in the clear bag it was sent in. No invoice came with it and all I have is my credit card number to which it was charged and my mailing address. Clearly a scam when there is no way to. get in touch with such a scammy site. I will refuse to pay the charge and return it when I get return information. I am also using your own site to put my comments to other people that will be taken advantage of. We are honest people who are honest in our dealings and expect merchants to do likewise. I am more than tired of trying to get through to your company so get me the return information or take the hit on a disputed credit card charge.

I never bought anything and asked six times to unsubscribe me and they do nothing. In fact I get an email a day stating "Thank you for your Purchase" Irritating as hell. There is NO place on their site to unsubscribe. I would never do business with them,

I saw the shirt, and immediately loved it! The fact that the proceeds are going to the folks in Kerrville made it even better. Love my shirt!
