Bad communication

Bad comunication.
Got in touch with customer support with actual intent to purchase items, and with compability question.

Got a reply: ''You can buy it on our page.''

As they didnt bother answering my question. I wont bother purchasing anything!

Also please note that due to the large number of requests and because we invest a lot of effort in the online store, to have as much information as possible for our customers, we often direct them directly to purchase on the website, which is very simplified.
