App was not working. Could not upload pictures. Could not lock or unlock the car. Had to send all the pictures from my camera app to the owner. Lost 1 hour trying to contact their emergency number. I told the representative that the fuel was at 4 out 12. They did the math wrong and the result was 40% instead of 33%. This means less compensation. I have contacted their customer support asking for a refund. Very difficult to interact with.

GoMore has an interesting peer-to-peer car sharing concept, but it falls short in practice. In my case, it was at least 30% more expensive than a traditional rental, which defeats the purpose. The app’s reactivity was really poor. Due to the higher cost and clunky performance, I can’t recommend it.

Refund on cancelled booking
I had an issue with a booking that was cancelled by the renter after I had already fully paid, as the car was out of service. I requested a refund, and Evdokia from customer service was very kind and patient in handling everything in a friendly and professional way.
In the end, the issue was resolved smoothly, and I was even given extra credit on my account.

I rented a car, picked it up at the coordinates provided, and returned it to the same coordinates under "Return Car". Which was different to the pick up spot but I returned to where the return coordinates said. They then try to charge me CHF 900 for returning the car to where they told me to return it. then send it to a debt collection company to ruin my credit rating when I am disputing the invoice. Awful company, best to avoid

Good service, be careful that half way digitalising things can make it complicated because you could be charged unreasonable amounts unless you document everything. Not as big a company yet to focus on customer rights and satisfaction

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service; I frequently need to request assistance, and every time they deal with the issues, the problem is solved as best as possible.
They are available most of the times (during the week it is quite easy to get in contact, on the weekends it is only for emergency purposes), so I am very satisfied with their availability as well.
They have many channels to get in contact with (phone, email, post), so it is easy to contact them and to be contact.
The people working there are very competent and prepared on the issues (most notably: Evdokia, Jeannie, Tobias are great!).
I strongly recommend GoMore support!
App is not flexible, huge fees
App is not flexible at all. Impossible to decide to do a discount or not, impossible to adjust the number of km max and very big fee from the company. At the end the owner gets almost nothing. I don't think it's worth the trouble (check in, check out, cleaning, charging the car) for not even 20 chf a day...
Unreliable, poor customer support, and unfair account suspension
I booked a car (Tesla Model Y) months in advance to avoid high-season prices and plan a long trip. Just days before the trip, the host canceled the booking without warning. GoMore's support offered only CHF 35 in points – nowhere near enough to cover the much higher last-minute rental costs.
I tried to find another car on the platform and politely asked a few owners about mileage flexibility. For this, GoMore blocked my account without any warning – no real explanation, no chance to defend myself. I was punished for trying to solve a problem they caused.
Extremely unprofessional handling of a loyal user. No real help, no compensation, no fairness. I do not recommend this platform if you’re planning anything important — they simply don’t care if things go wrong.

I used GoMore 3 times but it was the last time!
I used GoMore 3 Times and the last one was really bad. I had to paid (half) a fine after my rental because I parked the car “too far away” from the adress the owner asked. Unfortunately, I arrived in advance from the end of my booking time and I tried to find a park for more than 30 minutes. It was a nightmare because in the area there are only 10 parks and the surroundings are streets without parks. On top of that, the Stadium of Zurich was in front and there was a match at night so all the streets where closing and it didn’t help. I was not the first person who had this problem, I saw 2 other people writing that they had the same problems some months before but GoMore didn’t do nothing and didn’t tell the car owner to change the park area. As soon as I paid the fine, I didn’t receive any more answer to my requests from GoMore. It’s completely theft, and the owner get the money I had to pay as a fine. In the end I found a place 2.5 km away (the first streets with parks available in the area!!) but in front of a Tram station to make it easy for the next person who will rent and then the owner asked GoMore to make me pay a fine. Actually, I wrote to the car owner just after I parked to inform him but he NEVER answered and prefer to complain to GoMore. GoMore told me that there is no trace of my message and asked me where I wrote it so, I explained them I wrote the message in the message box for notes to the car owner that the app propose to you when you finish a rent but they never answered to that. So, maybe the message wasn’t received by the owner because it didn’t work? The app actually say to write in this box for any comment, what I did but then they telI me that I didn’t write? How could I know that it wouldn’t be received by anyone and that I needed to write in another place?
I also asked GoMore how I could do differently, what was the solution and they told me that effectively there wasn’t a better solution so it’s really a shame. I won’t use GoMore again in the future. Be careful if you use the app, it’s always the driver who pays if there is a problem.

The whole processes was easy and finally the car was perfect for my purpose. The app also helps a lot when you pick up the car and when you return it. It was my first time I use it and I will do it again. Also you can chat or call the owner of the car. I haven’t but it’s good to know.

Bryan from customer support has wrongly fined me after saying that I could solve the matter with the owner instead of receiving the fine.
He agreed for me and the owner to solve the matter by ourselves, and then he just took money from my bank account a few days later.
Absolutely to avoid. It ends up being much more expensive than a normal rental company because they can take money from your bank account after the rental.
