So disappointing. I had almost my entire home covered in tile and when it came time to grout they left gaps and didn’t go to the edges of walls. They sent a guy to fix the issue and he simply showed ME how to mic the grout and do it myself. He did a few patches and left when he was supposed to regroup me entire floor. He spent more time telling me how he wasn’t going. To listen to his female boss or follow her instructions. There are too many other companies out there to deal with such abysmal customer service.

I worked exclusively with James Davis. While I wasn’t in love with the pricing, he did an amazing job communicating clearly with me regarding the services and products that I could choose. I would recommend working with him at any company.

Hunter Boles was very professional and knowledgeable about helping us understand LVP flooring. He answered all our questions and we trusted his experience and answers. We definitely liked his informative process of being a part of To Go Flooring!

Very disappointed with Flooring’s customer service and communication.

Go Flooring installed LVP in our basement but forgot to install the flooring in the small closet under the stairs. I confirmed with my salesman that the closet was included in the price, and he directed me to submit a customer service ticket.

Their website promises that “someone will call you back in 72 hours.” No one did. There is no confirmation email, ticket number, or way to track the request—it simply disappears into a black hole. I contacted my salesman repeatedly and was told someone would call me back. Three days went by with no response. Eventually, a customer service manager called and offered excuses and didn’t have any knowledge of my issue.

To make matters worse, I continued receiving calls from Go Flooring trying to schedule a “free consultation” even though my flooring had already been installed. Clearly, communication between departments is lacking.

When the installer finally returned to finish the closet, he was an hour late and never bothered to call.

What should have been a simple fix turned into weeks of frustration and wasted time. Their welcome email says, “we understand your time is valuable,” but unfortunately, my experience showed the opposite.

The flooring may be fine, but the customer service and communication were extremely disappointing.

Melissa Baker was phenomenal and professional. She gave attention to my 4 furries while completing her consultation. We quickly arrived at a very satisfactory arrangement! Great job!!!

Just saw the commercial. Maybe dont use AI slop to promote a buissness where you pretend to act like you put time and effort into flooring but too lazy to put effort in real marketing.

Shameful and embarrassing for a company.

They are awful, they made so many mistakes and wouldn’t come back to replace or fix anything, we have tried so many times to get them to come back, waited this long to send a review hoping at some point I would here from them before I sent a review but I have finally given up.
I don’t not recommend at all!!

I had a salesperosn David Powell come to our house to show me some of their vinyl tile product. I live in the Matthews NC area. He came in prepared. He was knowledgeable of the products and listened well to what I needed. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and not pushy. If you want the best service a salesperson can offer David Powell is your man.

Deceptive sales and contract practices. They want you to sign a contract as fast as possible without going over the details of pricing. Then if you want to cancel they try to charge you 30%.

I had a highly professional and informative conversation with David Groenedal on the early afternoon of 6/27/2026 in Pooler, GA regarding a small project I'm considering. David’s extensive experience and deep understanding of not only the flooring industry but also related practices such as home décor, resale value, appeal, and carpentry were extremely impressive and well received. The Go Flooring brochure was clear, well-organized, and thoroughly documented the many recognitions the company has earned over the years.
Their expansive COREtec product line is both beautiful and diverse, offering options to suit every taste. This selection instills confidence and trust in the product, and David further enhanced my comfort with his integrity and personal approach—reminding me that as a buyer, you’re investing not only in the product but also in the person behind it. This company made the process of getting new flooring for my home easy and head ache free. Micheal C. Was so helpful with the process start to finish. He helped my indecisive wife 😅 find the perfect color for our home with some cool software he had to bring the vision to life before the install. He helped us find the best floors for our budget and got us the best price possible too. 10/10 would recommend this company and the rep they sent to any of my close friends or family ❤️
