The driver did not deliver my package at home he left it at the golfcourse gate along with all the other packages this is unexaptable and very bad expieriance

I ordered a watch from Germany and got…

I ordered a watch from Germany and got a notification to say my parcel was delivered at 23.35 (i mean who delivers at this time of night). My parcel had not been delivered, I emailed and got nothing from them and then when I called they told me my parcel had been delivered which I disputed. The customer service rep then tells me it was delivered 3k from my address and the driver will get it amd get it to me within a week. Would not recommend this company whatsoever

The delivery driver was useless and rude!

The delivery driver was useless and rude!
I recieved a phone call from him, telling me he was waiting outside. I informed him that my friend was home who will be collecting the delivery and requires help bringing the boxes to the door as he has an injury and was in a boot, recovering. With no response, he hung up the phone. Later, I found out that the delivery man did not help him at all, and just dropped the boxes outside the van and left - leaving my injured friend to carry 2x 15-20kg boxes up stairs to his apartment that was 50 meters away. I do NOT recommend using this company!!

Ridiculous delay in arriving

26th June the conformation of this order on its way was emailed to me. It arrived today Wednesday 15th July. Its dog food so obviously I had to buy elsewhere.

Friendly guy

On time, friendly and helpful and very considerate around the dogs when driving up to the house. My dogs are bit stupid around traffic. Handle the parcel with care.

Waited over two weeks for delivery

Waited over two weeks for delivery. One weekend I’ve got a message that my parcel was going to be delivered on Wednesday and that never happened. Only after bringing up complaint to the sender my parcel was found and delivered

My parcel was lost, found & delivered in the crappiest way possible

My parcel was lost, but miraculously found after 17 days and 3 emails to the sellers customer service team. During that 17 days period the gls tracking showed that the parcel has not yet been handed to them.
The delivery person rang the bell, dropped the parcel on the ground, and apparently ran away because the unmarked vehicle they used was speeding away by the time I reached the front door.

Old school customer service

Lovely driver , old school dub , gave me a quick ring to say he’d drop packed in next door as well as well as a note .. this is someone that takes pride in there job and looking after the customer

Error in delivery

Initially I was disappointed that my item was delivered to the wrong house. But on contacting the customer service department this error was corrected and my item was delivered first thing this morning. That is a good customer service and I was delighted that the problem was sorted quickly and efficiently.
