POOREST delivery service ever…
POOREST delivery service ever encountered. Several times this company claims to deliver at home the package and although I wait home for the time frame the write they almost never do it so I have to pick it personally from pick points although I pay for delivery. Every time I overlooked due to a light weight of the package but this time they shamelessly send a message that they tried to deliver it home thou I remained home all day for the delivery since it’s a 10 kg package. They just left it in the pick point as they almost always do. Note I don’t have a car and to carry 10 kg that I payed transport for so I must waste time and energy caring it in buss and metro. It’s UNACCEPTABLE AND RIDICULOUS. Definitely DON’T RECOMMEND !!!
