Waste of time and money

I placed an order, it took almost a month to receive it. Once I did my kids refused to try it. The toothpaste that was in the package was not labeled. Literally a white bottle… what was in it?… who knows?!? I initiated a return within days of receiving my package. The company’s emailed me saying that the return was I process and that they would email me once the return was finalized. No such email came. I reached out to them after a month of radio silence. After lots of “we’re sorry” and “would you like a replacement” I finally said for the 3rd time that I wanted to proceed with a return. The last email that I received was “we are sorry it is past 30 days from you receiving the package so we are not able to initiate a return”. I was flabbergasted. This company never got back to me and it’s my fault that the didn’t close the loop? After looking them up on BBB and here I found out why. It’s a company that does not have any customer service in mind. They only want your money and will make sure to wait to contact you. That way you can not meet the 30 days “money back guarantee “. I’m truly sorry that I ever made a purchase from them. Please do yourself a favor and don’t buy from them.

ZERO STARS

If I could give zero stars I would! I have been getting the run around for two months. Never received product or refund. Told me proof of delivery was tracking that said delivered but no photo, I checked 4 ring cameras the days around its “delivery” no delivery on 4 of my ring cameras, asked neighbors, mailman, and post office returns……nothing!!!! I suggest you stay as far away from GlowSmile as possible. The company is a SCAM!!!

SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Complete scam!!

I wish I could give this 0 stars. It's a complete scam and waste of money. I've had nothing but issues with my orders. The latest issue is that I asked to have my "subscription" canceled on 2/25/26. I received an email from "Lisa, customer service" who acknowledged my request, yet on 3/22, nearly a month later, I was charged for the products that I asked to have canceled and now they won't refund me or send me a free shipping label to send the items back. They are cheap, come from China, and take a month to even arrive (I still have yet to receive these items). I wish I researched this before placing the initial order and spent so much money on crap. In case "Glow Smile" wants to respond to this my order # is CE11184 and I have all of the emails with "Lisa" showing when I requested to have my subscription canceled and the subsequent replies.

I tried this because of the "money back…

I tried this because of the "money back guarantee". However, this is soooo not the case. First, they charge a restocking fee and you have to pay for return shipping. Which at first is annoying but then you find out you have to return it to the Netherlands, so essentially it will cost almost as much for me to return it as it did to buy it. That's in addition to the fact that the toothbrush is cheaply made and doesn't work. The bristles hardly even move. Do not buy!

Had to pay for shipping even though on my receipt it says shipping is free. Due to fraudulent postage I had to pay $10 just to receive my item.
They say they are from Netherlands. But now I see others posting uk and china. Don't Ever Buy anything from this company!! And it took almost a month to get to me.

Please do not buy anything from this company

I ordered the smart rush without any problems but everything went wrong after I ordered the toothpaste. I was supposed to get it at a reduced rate but that failed to work. I sent them an email on the same day which they never replied to. I kept sending emails to say I did not want the product sent to me all of which they ignored and sent me the product anyway. I asked for the return address which they refused to send me. The latest refund offer is 30%. Having read the reviews, I’m pretty sure that ‘AI Emma’ will make sure I receive nothing. They are a fake company that I believe is worked by China. Please please don’t buy from them.

I would give zero stars if that were…

I would give zero stars if that were possible. I ordered the GlowSmile feeling confident that they stated 30 day money back guarantee. I didn't think the item made any difference to my teeth and my dentist told me I'd wasted my money. After many emails back and forth with Emma (customer services) I eventually was persuaded to accept a 30% refund. (When I read that they would only give a full refund if the item was in original condition - and how can you do that if you've used it?) I have been told many times that they have refunded me £14.99 and sent me a screen shot of 'their system', however I have never received a refund. I would say avoid this company at all costs as, in my opinion, their claims and promises are false.

I don't want to even give 1 star
This is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to get a refund since the 25th July and only 40% of if.
The refund process is lies and the smart brush you can buy on Temu for gbp20.00 do not use this company

I have been emailing the company for 6 weeks now and all I get is an email from EMMA!!!! saying leave it with us??

Do not recommend

Do not recommend. After 31 days could not recharge. Asked them for support. Said gone past 30 days refund policy. Product faulty, customer care very poor. I live in the uk so can't post it back. Paid £50+. Avoid this company. Very frustrated.

They did not deliver my order but they took my…

My order never arrived but they took my money and won’t reply to any of my emails. Initially they’ve bombed me with emails.. update after update and then an email saying that there was a delivery exception with my parcel and they never ever delivered it. The emails stopped. I think this is a scam. I have no hope of recovering my £51 but I will leave bad reviews everywhere so that people know. It’s the first time I get scammed but I won’t let it happen to others.
PS they’ve now replied saying they are sending me a FREE replacement?! The initial £51 I paid and was taken from my account on the 23 rd of April( today is June 8th!) has never been reimbursed. So glowsmile please refund my money first as I requested and keep your FREE replacement. Thanks.. it’s too late for me
