I had so much high expectations of this product however, this was short lived from the beginning.
On delivery the box was damaged, when I opened it the back board was broken in the top corner. On the same day I made contact with koncept and received no reply until I chased the email a couple days later. After a short polite exchange of emails with sales and the offer of sending out another product which I rejected due to the import charges, I was directed to Andrew Cronin, I sent him images of the damage and a video of the product in operation. He was able to quickly response with an installation issue that I did not complete, after rectifying this the product was still not oppressing properly which I recorded and sent to Andrew. Andrew and I exchanged emails from the 26th may 2024, until his last email on the 29th after which I sent him another video of the product still not operating as it should. I followed up with another email on the 3rd of June and Andrew has still not responded.

I would advise that if you are an international buyer do not buy here, as the customer service it only responsive up to a point. It is a real same as there were a couple of items that I was interested in buying but will be looking elsewhere now

Order was made on 21 March 2023, Glide Gear didn't bother giving UPS correct contact details for me twice! items racked up $400 customs after sitting there while UPS tried to contact me. After contacting UPS myself, I had the option of abandoning or paying an extra $400. Glide Gear AKA Koncept Innovators LLC - took ?no responsibility at all, as far as the manager was concerned, they did their bit, what do I want them to do about it?.- a refund! No Accountability at all. As they also know after I complained to BBB, I have all the emails between the company and UPS where Glide Gear shows them giving the wrong number twice.
