Horrible experience

Horrible experience. It's impossible to cancel the membership. I went through the steps on their website to cancel my membership 10 times and never got a cancellation confirmation via email. Then the next month they charged me again, so I contacted them and they said they don't show that I canceled the membership and they wanted proof such as a cancellation email or screenshot. I didn't have a screenshot so I did it AGAIN, and sent them the screenshot. Now they're asking for other proof that I cancelled the membership. Do not sign up with them, they will give you the run around when you try to cancel.

Membership. Still have to pay for the peoduct. Calling their customer service is useless. Will not refund money. Filing civil court. But will let others be aware and avoid them. Not ethical business

Zealthy is a horrible company and has the worst customer service. I used this company for health care for a couple months and they charged my account unexpectedly in December 2025 and never refunded me. I have spent 4 months trying to get a refund but every time I call, they hang up on me. I have sent them emails with screen shots from my bank showing the refund hasn’t happened, and no response. I call and email daily with no response. Stay far away from this company

The customer service experience has…

The customer service experience has been among the worst I have encountered. Direct questions are consistently left unanswered, and instead, I have been passed between multiple representatives without resolution. This lack of accountability and efficiency makes it extremely difficult to receive the level of service expected.

As a result, I will be transitioning to Ro for my future needs and would strongly encourage others to consider doing the same.

DON'T DO IT!!!

Called on January 28, 2026 at 3:23pm. and they do not do refunds no matter what, which is a scam! I canceled almost right away because I found out they failed to me that the $39 was only for 1 month!
Finally Wells Fargo made Zealthy give me the refund!
I do not want these scammers doing this to anyone else! All they want is your money even when you don't have the item!

I paid $39.00. I was told it's $39.00, but i then found out that it's only for the first month. Then, it's $135.00 thereafter. Zealthy told BBB that I never canceled, BBB also said Zealthy told them that they sent the meds, which they did not!

Please investigation this company!

I have never experienced anything like this!

I told BBB to just look in Google search and you will see that they are nothing but scammers!!! They have been sued also!

Do not trust this place

Do not trust this place. They will chatge you for everything and then never send your medicine. They are not reliable enough to deal woth when it comes to weight loss. So far I have had 5 messages of excuses as to why my medicine hasnt been sent. Not to mention customer service is rude. I was hung up on when I explained my frustration about paying for something that has not even been shipped. Do yourself a favor and go to your local aestitician . Don't blindly trust the internet like I have. Thats too much money fo waste.

The injection was fine was extremely…

The injection was fine was extremely nauseated but well worth it the only problem I have is the lack of communication. It takes forever for someone to get back with me after I send a message
