A lady called Alex dealt with my case and was extremely professional polite and patient, I couldnt of asked for more advice and Alex talked me through everything. I got a iva due to a change in my finances and now feet like the weight of the world is lifted off our shoulders, thanx Alex ur a diamond xxxx
